BB25: Veto Meeting Over Bulletin - Aug. 21

Why she wears a hair roller ...

Thanks to a commenter here on the blog I found the history/mystery behind Blue's silly bangs hair roller. It's a new Korean Gen Z thing as described in this article. I guess we did silly things at that age.

But that's probably not what you came here for. We had an extended We'll Be Right Back Nether Region blockage (ew!). Apparently there may have been problems with the signal or power with the adoptable animals feed. Then the volume increased (they really need to check that!) and we got the adoptable animals. When the feeds finally came back after HOURS ... Hisam is on the block in Jag's place. He thinks he will look like an absolute moron. He's been honest and open with them, they will see.

UPDATE: Whoa, they are talking about Security being called in. Oh my. Ah, not as exciting as it sounds. Bowie Jane and Izzy were talking about it. It sounds like they were just there as stand by in case of problems.

Not taking it well

Matt's hat and sunglasses make a creepy face!

BB25: Live Feeds Power of Veto Meeting Over - Aug. 14

It was a tense time ...

Here's what's been happening inside that Big Brother House of Blasting Adoptable Pets Feed Block Music:

  • Yeah, turn that stuff DOWN, BB Production!
  • The Veto Meeting was held today, blocked to the live feeds, of course.
  • And with deafening blaring theme music.
  • It went down result-wise as expected -- Hisam did not use the veto and Cameron/Reilly remain on the block.
  • What most didn't expect, nor did it go over well, was that Hisam apparently was needlessly cruel in his speech declaring Reilly the target.
  • Cirie feels that he kicked Reilly while she was already down.
  • With the exception of Cameron, all seemed a bit set aback by Hisam's harsh treatment of Reilly.
  • That just makes the target on Hisam, even from his own alliance, that much bigger.
  • I do think most, perhaps everyone except Matt, will cave in and vote out Reilly.
  • Sure, NOW Hisam apologizes to her and tells her that it was never his intent to be unkind. @@
  • I personally would rather Reilly stay over Cameron.
  • But they don't ask me what to do!

On his hair alone, I would vote him out.

Reading the Bible

He thinks they can't do without him.

Big Brother: BB24 Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Sept. 14

Good evening, hamster fans! Tonight's show will be the veto comp and the veto meeting. At least I think all of that will air! Please don't post any spoilers in the comments before they air on the show.

I will be live-blogging and updating this entry constantly as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

I will just sit through the Previously On segment. Here I am, watching things we've already seen ...

Okay. that's over. We pick up after the Nominations Ceremony. Brittany thinks she needs to get clarification from Monte as she was in a final four plan with him, Michael and Taylor. He tells her he knows there was a final three deal with the girls. She claims that was fluff, nothing really. He tells her the trust is loss. She knows she told Turner and he had to tell Monte.

She tells him she doesn't think anyone wants to talk game with her until the veto. She feels on the outs. She tells us the only way she could be safe is by winning the veto.

Filler bit about Turner and the ZingBot's zing about him not being clean. He has cleaned his bed and belongings as well as himself. Alyssa tells us he needs to learn how to do his own dishes.

Monte talks to Taylor, saying the shot needs to be made against (his buddy) Turner. He tells us that she will have to win the veto and take Brittany down forcing him to renom Turner.

Monte tells Turner that if one of the nominees are saved, Taylor would go up. He tells Turner that he wants the noms to stay the same. He tells us that he wants both Taylor and Turner to stay.

More filler -- what would you do with the bread? Taylor wants simple things -- car, dog, life. Alyssa would retire her mother because she has always had to work so hard, she herself could start a business. Monte would set up an account to help invest in his parents and help his little brother. Brittany would adopt children as she can't have children. She wants a family. Turner would give a lot of it to his mother and open a "Coffee Shack" business, buy a ring for his girlfriend.

Early time for the veto comp -- they get a two-minute warning to be in the backyard to compete. If they don't make it in two minutes, they can't play in the veto. Monte dawdles as he "has a routine to get his day started." Oopsie! He is disqualified and cannot play for veto.

He wants Turner to win, doesn't want to nominate Turner or Taylor. Giant cuckoo clocks are missing gears and they each have to get them working. It's a 27-gear puzzle.

Taylor wants to win and take Brittany down so Turner would go up. Both girls would then vote Turner out. Then Brittany tells us SHE has to win. They are all tired. No spoiler, but these are night owl hamsters. This was around five in the morning their time. Alyssa doesn't seem to grasp the concept of gears.

Brittany seems to be doing the best, wait Turner is almost there. WAIT, Brittany won the Power of Veto! She yelled "for Michael" when she won. Turner is shocked about that. Taylor is worried.

Brittany is ecstatic -- she now will make the Final Four. Monte is down and goes back to bed.

Turner tells Alyssa he thinks Brittany and Taylor will pitch him going out. Alyssa considers Turner her best friend in the house. She doesn't want him to be on the block.

Turner tries to go talk with Monte ... but he's already asleep. Taylor tells Brittany that she thinks Monte will put her up because he wouldn't want "the blood on his hands with Turner."

Brittany thinks they need to talk to Monte. Poor Monte. What a quandary he's in because he needed to do his morning routine!

Brittany talks to Monte first. He tells her he's happy she won the veto. Lies! Brittany tells us that if Monte doesn't put up Turner, her target would change from Turner to Monte. He lies to her again and tells her he and Turner aren't that close. From the look on his face, she doesn't seem to be convincing him.

He tells us she's like a suburban mob boss talking to him. He will do what he wants to do. He says to her that he hasn't made his decision yet.

Then Turner gets to talk to him. Monte tells him that he will NOT be putting him on the block. He still wants to keep Taylor and Turner. So, that means he wants to do Taylor as the renom and Alyssa's time in the house would be done if it's a tie vote.

Taylor talks to Monte now. He tells her he felt that Brittany was strong-arming him. He also says that she would be more likely to vote Turner out than Turner would be voting her out. She does her own guilt trip on him, telling him that if she goes on the block she just won't be able to trust him.

Time for the Veto Meeting. Of course, Brittany saves herself. Monte puts Taylor up as the renom. Based on his safety for next week. Brittany tells us Monte is putting Turner's game over hers and Taylor's. I say it's over Brittany's and Alyssa's. Turner tells us he might have to vote to keep Alyssa and put the tiebreaker up to Monte.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Monday, Veto Meeting Bulletin - Sept. 12

He is cold. Isn't L.A. really hot right now?

I don't have a lot for you today. Brittany has been nonstop talking, cornering anyone she can. Although she won the veto this week and is safe, she's already worrying about next week.

Brittany saved herself with the veto (duh) and, as talked over with the others beforehand, Monte put Taylor up as the renom. He only had a choice between Taylor and Turner. He feels he needs Turner to back him up as he can't compete for HOH this week. Taylor would be his second choice back-up. Alyssa has never won a comp. He knows that Brittany would vote for Turner to go. Chances are that she will probably vote for Taylor to stay. Even then, if it's a tie, Monte would have little "blood on his hands" for breaking it and Alyssa going.

Yet Monte is shirtless at the same time.

She knows they all want her gone.

Might as well get tipsy!

She should remain this week; we will see.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds Monday, Veto Meeting - Sept. 5

Prelude to a nap?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Whirling Dervishes:

  • As you know, Michael won the HOH and is also the winner of the Power of Veto.
  • This time, there is no backdoor target.
  • The target is on the block.
  • His name is Terrance.
  • Yet Terrance seems to be in a state of suspended disbelief.
  • In conversations with Monte, Turner and even one with Michael, he is acting like he's staying.
  • Perhaps he uses that same suspended disbelief in thinking he's a cool cat. I don't know.
  • Of course, Michael did NOT use the veto to save anyone.
  • Terrance and Alyssa remain on the block.
  • Although Terrance is the target, there was some talk floating around with Monte and Turner about possibly keeping him and ousting Alyssa instead.
  • I doubt it will happen.
  • As time went on, Terrance turned to thinking he was sure to be evicted.
  • That's probably more real.
  • He's has become a bitter nominee, soon to be a bitter juror.
  • Tyrner and Monte talked about how Taylor and Brittany were saying Michael will have to go if anyone else wants to win.
  • Turner ran to Michael to tell him of that conversation.
  • Turner proposed a weekly trade-off of HOH wins.
  • Um, sure Michael will go for that! No.
  • Brittany thinks that, if Terrance were to stay, he would win HOH in a double eviction.
  • No, they don't know the double eviction is coming this week.
  • They just know there will be one before the season ends on the 25th.
  • The feeds shut down with adoptable animals for hours this evening.
  • I'm assuming it's because of a Labor Day feast and they will probably have music.
  • I hope everybody had a great Labor Day Weekend!

Thinking he needs a nap

No napping in the water, please!

Nap nap nap

And nap some more

Big Brother: BB24 POV Meeting, Live Eviction Show Blog Party - September 1

Tonight's show should be good. Maybe we will have a brouhaha! Or, at the very least, a kerfuffle! Julie promised us the house meeting last night. Now, I believe that was before the Veto Meeting, but since neither aired on the live feeds, I can't say for sure. We should also be getting the live eviction tonight.

I doubt we will have the HOH shown until Sunday night. For some odd reason, like the Slip and Slide is usually an HOH comp and was veto this season, Julie announced today that ZingBot, usually a veto comp will be the HOH comp. Eh. I am not a ZingBot fan anyway.

Before we get into the show, Lifeguard SueGee has updated the blog pool --

Alyssa          - JonMD1267, Auntie Leigh, SueGee, Gibby in MI
Brittany    - Judi Sweeney, MikesGirl, Tilde, YoDave
Kyle    - RJM in SC, Nickelpeed, Donna NY
Michael    - Jennasmom, monty924, KelseyNY, Fred aka TwoBlackAces
Monte    - Sally, Willie J, Rodney
Taylor    - CherylNY, Donna in AL, Cherry Pie
Terrance    - Lili, Caela, Ayana, Nora, AprilW
Turner (Matt)- Bizaro22, Glenn Allen, Jasonuwp

I will be live blogging the show, updating this post with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments section. I hope to see you there! By the way, Blogger is throwing some comments into its spam folder. I don't know how to stop it. I'm going in during commercials and restating the comments. So, if you notice that some innocuous comment you made has gone missing, please don't double post -- it will be back!

Julie has a bright yellow top with black slacks tonight. She sounds almost ominous as she says that things will happen that will affect the show and cause people to look into themselves. Then it went to Previously On. The narrator mentions the house meeting.

Day 58, Julie tells us allies have become adversaries. But first ... Kyle discovered his theories got out and are about to change everything. Kyle goes to Brittany. He's actually denying he said what he said. He insists he's not a racist. Brittany says it transcends the game. She tells him she doesn't think he's a racist, that it's very complex. But he said some things he might not realize how they came across.

Kyle goes to Terrance and Monte, telling them that he thought Taylor, Joseph and Monte would work together. Monte points out that at that time, he would never work with her. Terrance is shaky-voiced because he got Joseph out when Joseph was actually telling the truth.

Monte and Terrance are questioning why Michael and Brittany kept this to themselves for so long. They tell Turner that and he suggests a house meeting.

Ohh ... Julie promises us a live HOH comp? Will they even have time?

Kyle starts off the meeting apologizing because some things he did affect the games of others. He asks Michael to start off. He interrupts Michael and takes over. He claims to be naive and sheltered. Brittany tells him they were indeed not on board. Terrance wonders why Michael and Brittany waited so long to tell. Monte says the waiting was hurtful to him. Taylor says she won't hate him as a person or call him a racist.

Monte tells the group they can grow together with the discussion. Taylor says the only consequence she wants is that he gets evicted. He's handling it well, expecting worse.

Veto meeting time. Michael takes Brittany off the block. Turner puts up Kyle as the renom. Kyle tells the group he would like to continue to have talks with them during the week. Alyssa tells him that she thinks they need to not be in a relationship.

Kyle talks to Monte and the tears come out. Kyle is outright crying as he tells Monte he did nothing wrong. Monte tears up as well. He cries and tells of how he went to an all white prestigious high school and felt like an outsider due to race. He then found comfort in hanging out with people who looked like himself. He told Kyle he loves him.

Monte is still questioning the timing of the telling to Taylor. He thinks that if they can take a shot at Michael, they should. He definitely has a point. All race issues and such aside, Michael will win it all if he gets to the end. If you or I were in the house, we'd have to be looking to get him out, too!

To the living room for the eviction.

Kyle - Loves all, says nice things about each and every one.
Taylor - I choose strength. Strength means love. Loves Kyle and will keep in touch.

The votes to evict:
Michael - Kyle
Alyssa - Kyle
Terrance - Kyle
Brittany - Kyle
Monte - Kyle

Unanimous and expected.

The talk with Julie: He tells her that he is grateful for the experience and loves the compassion from the people. He says it didn't click in his mind that his talk about Cookout 2 was so bad. Now he knows. Did he think Joseph was in a secret POC alliance? He thought Joseph was close to Monte and Taylor and he himself was bottom of the Leftovers (which is why he spilled about it).

Now it's 9:55PM here and Julie says the HOH comp "kicks off live." So, it won't be shown until Sunday. I will have the results in my live feeds reports before then.

Julie tells us Zingbot returns. Double eviction two hour show on Thursday.

HOH comp -- Burning Bot. ZingBot Festival. Transfer puzzle pieces one at a time, two sides of puzzle, front must face a certain direction. And the show ends. I doubt they will air it on the live feeds. But if they do, I will make a post to cover it.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds Power of Veto Meeting Bulletin - August 29

Resting easy ,,, sort of, kind of.

The feeds were blocked for the veto meeting as per the custom. I guess they don't want us to know how many retakes it takes to shoot it.

Based on conversations, it's expected that Michael will save Brittany and Turner will put up Kyle as the renom (and new house target). However, I am waiting for confirmation that he's on the block before I post this.

Wait. Wait. Wait. Oh my. Yes, Kyle was the renom against Taylor. BUT Terrence is suggesting to Monte that they might be best keeping Kyle to "let him grow." Argh. Monte isn't overly receptive to the idea.

Big Brother: BB24 Power of Veto Show Blog Party - August 24

Good evening, hamster fans! Tonight's show will be the veto comp and the veto meeting. Please don't post any spoilers in the comments before they air on the show! While there will be two evictions tomorrow night -- one from inside the house, one from outside the house -- that show will only be one hour long.

I will be live-blogging and updating this entry constantly as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Previously on and on.

Jasmine, Taylor, Brittany and Monte in Big BroCella.
Turner, Kyle, Joseph and Alyssa to Dyre Fest.

Inside the house, Jasmine is the target. Outside, it's not so easy. First Kyle tells Alyssa about the Leftovers, then tells all to Terrance. Monte volunteered to go on the block with Jasmine. In the yard, Terrance nominates Joseph and Turner.

Terrance is talking to us about the alliance. He's determined to take a shot at someone in the Leftovers. Of course, the only non-Leftover with them is Alyssa. Kyle feeds great because he and Alyssa are safe but he thinks they lack privacy there in the yard.

Terrance is telling Joseph his ultimate move is to get out Kyle. He tells us that Joseph is his real target. He has promised both Joseph and Turner he will save them with the veto. Turner works on Kyle and Alyssa for their votes to stay. Kyle suggests they work together against those in the house.

The nominations ceremony has ended in the house. Michael tells us if Jasmine pulls herself down, Britanny and Michael will evict Monte, the volunteer. The veto has them "walking into a club." Tiffany from BB23 is hosting. Tiffany's Tent at Big BroCella ... pay attention to everything you see. Michael knows it's a counting comp. The winner must spell VIP by earning a letter, they have to hold or fold.

Note that Jasmine kicks in with the fake accent when she knows it will be on the show.

Round 1 - Brittany gets a letter. Taylor eliminated.
Round 2 - Brittany gets a letter.
Round 3 - Michael gets a letter. Monte eliminated.
Round 4 - Michael gets a letter.
Round 5 - Brittany wins the Power of Veto!

Jasmine is trying to get Brittany to use the veto on her. Brittany is saying yeah a lot, but not really committing.

The others are talking about outside in the yard. Michael is thinking that someone from their alliance over there might take a shot at them. He tells us that if Joseph doesn't come back, it means that Turner and Kyle betrayed them. They are thinking Kyle will indeed betray them (and he did!).

In the yard, Kyle wants to hang out with Alyssa but more alone! Alyssa is a bit annoyed that Kyle is in an alliance she didn't know about but is grateful for his efforts to keep her safe. He thinks he will be the target of the Leftovers. He doesn't want to save either Joseph or Turner with the veto but feels he must win it to keep himself and Alyssa safe.

Parachutes drop into the backyard. Time for the veto comp. Terrance, not a guest star, hosts. They have to build their own comp. Build Styrofoam food containers and transfer 50 containers on trays across wins. TERRANCE wins the veto!

Joseph really wants Alyssa to go on the block. He's talking to Kyle about it. He has to be desperate! Kyle runs to Terrance about it. Kyle tells Terrance that Michael, Brittany, Taylor and Monte will be against them on the return to the house. Joseph tries to tell Terrance that Alyssa needs to go and it would win points for them. Terrance tells him Kyle wants them out. Now Joseph knows that Kyle has betrayed the Leftovers. Terrance tells us he will keep stirring the pot and pit the others against each other.

In the house -- veto meeting time. Brittany decides NOT to use the veto. The nominations remain the same.

In the yard -- Terrance calls for the veto meeting. Terrance DOES use the veto to save Turner. He puts Kyle on the block in his place.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Tuesday Evening - August 23

Could it be? I hope it is!

Here's the latest actually from OUTSIDE and inside that Big Brother House of They Live!:

  • Yes, once again the feeds were off more than on today.
  • Inside, they have been contemplating telling or hinting to Jasmine that she will go.
  • They keep hanging out together as a group of four and only late last night Michael, Brittany, Taylor and Monte got together after Jasmine went to sleep.
  • Jasmine says she knows Turner did the muffins but doesn't think he did the cookie.
  • Heh.
  • Okay, to the big news.
  • They actually turned on the outdoor cameras today.
  • They have put a canopy over the yard.
  • Inside had a lockdown in the HOH and outside apparently had a lockdown somewhere in the house while the work was being done.
  • The BIG news is that Turner said something about being glad he's not on the block!
  • Terrance must have saved him with the veto.
  • Who did he put up?
  • I know not only had he promised Turner he would save him (and did), but he also promised Alyssa he wouldn't put her on the block.
  • It must be Kyle.
  • WOOT WOOT
  • Joseph was telling Terrance he knows Turner will vote to save him.
  • Will Alyssa do her showmance in thinking she will join him in jury soon?
  • Will Terrance have to break a tie? I know his original target was Joseph.
  • But Joseph is making him all kinds of promises saying he won't ask for trust, but his actions will show he can be trusted.
  • Confirmed -- now it's Kyle and Joseph on the block.
  • Hmm.

Maybe he will stay

He can smile again!

Big Brother: BB24 Power of Veto Show Blog Party - August 17

Good evening, hamster fans! Tonight's show will be the veto comp and the veto meeting. Please don't post any spoilers in the comments before they air on the show! And, while we're here -- remember, tomorrow's show is two hours starting at 9PM EDT.

I will be live-blogging and updating this entry constantly as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Previously on ... and on and on. I wish the narrator wouldn't call Terrance "Showtime." Gah. We are told there will be prizes and punishments at the veto. And, are there cracks in the Leftovers?

Taylor tells us her target is Terrance. She hints to the others that Monte is her backdoor target. He's not that at all. The action picks up after Nominations. Terrance has been on the block four times now. He says it doesn't get easier, you just learn to pack faster. Taylor tells Terrance that Monte is her real target.

Taylor tells Indy she will take her down with the veto if she can. She tells us that she doesn't want a woman to go first into the jury house.

The Flyswatters is the fake alliance that Joseph, Kyle and the girls (not Taylor) are in. Jasmine thinks Joseph is dumb and they are using him to influence Taylor. Instead, he tells Taylor the truth. He thinks the option for renom would be Alyssa. Taylor is not keen on that idea.

Terrance corners Joseph and tries to get him to commit saving him with the veto if he wins it. He says that he wants it used for either to force Taylor to make a renom. Joseph reports back to Taylor. Joseph tells Taylor that he could go up as a renom.

Taylor tells us she likes the idea. She could take Indy down, put Joseph up and Terrance goes home. Michael tells us that the idea is horrible -- four outside the alliance who could go up!

Michael tells Brittany and he's pondering getting Joseph out. Oh my. Michael thinks Joseph is playing both sides of the house to benefit his own game.

Time to pick veto players. Taylor draws Houseguest's Choice and chooses Alyssa. Terrance draws Jasmine. Indy draws Kyle.

Monte thinks that Indy is a bigger comp threat than Terrance is and she should go out this week. The Leftovers talk. Turner thinks they have one person who won't win a comp (Terrance) against one who could. Taylor seems to have changed her mind and is now okay with Indy going.

The backyard has a stage, amps and giant guitar for the comp. They have to send a ball down the guitar neck. Eliminated, smash a guitar and get a prize. But those eliminated after you can swap. It's Punkaroo. The only Leftovers playing are Kyle and Taylor.

Kyle 5 points
Alyssa 4 points
Taylor 2 points
Jasmine 3 points
Indy 5 points
Terrance 0 points

Terrance's prize is the Veto. The second round starts.

Taylor 4
Kyle 14 yikes!
Alyssa 7
Jasmine 2
Indy 0

Indy gets Ink 182. It's temporary tattoos. She takes the veto from Terrance.
Round three starts.

Kyle 5
Alyssa 4
Taylor 0
Jasmine 3

Taylor gets a trip to London. She keeps it. She is hoping Kyle wins.

Round four
Alyssa 0
Jasmine 3
Kyle 4

Alyssa gets Skid and Fancy -- tethered together with another as punk rocking couple. She takes the London trip from Taylor. Taylor had already told people she wanted the trip and might have to make a renom.

Last round
Jasmine 2
Kyle 5

Jasmine gets $5,000. She trades for London from Alyssa.

Kyle gets a Punkitard. He takes the veto from Indy.

KYLE WON THE POWER OF VETO.

Alyssa is now worried about the taking of the prize from Taylor may put her on the block. She doesn't want Kyle to use the veto. Joseph tells Taylor he wants Alyssa up and out. Now Taylor thinks she needs to put Alyssa up. Michael thinks it would be dumb but he tells us that, not Taylor. Taylor tells us the Kyle MUST use the veto.

They are skipping the veto meeting and saving it for tomorrow's show.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Monday, Veto Meeting - August 15

Much too forgiving for the game

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Torn Devotions:

  • Okay, so Kyle won the veto.
  • He fears if he uses it, Alyssa would go up (and out).
  • He fears if he doesn't use it, the Leftovers will be upset.
  • As much as I want to cheer on Taylor, she is so not good at making HOH decisions.
  • It's not all about the room, robe and title, y'know.
  • As Michael and Monte have said, winning comps can make you get "blood on your hands" and a target on your back.
  • They have no clue the shake-up that will be coming with Thursday's two-hour show.
  • The Leftovers is showing cracks and probably will not survive until the final seven.
  • The double agents are having a hard time staying loyal.
  • Brittany and Michael are having a hard time going with a group-think when the group-think isn't BB logical.
  • Oh, well.
  • In the end, Kyle did NOT use the veto.
  • Terrance and Indy remain on the block.
  • Joseph told Alyssa that Kyle did not use it to protect her.
  • Hmm.

Needs Jasmine OUT

Indy's "punkitard" punishment

Terrance is just punishing us with his wardrobe

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Monday, Veto Meeting - August 8

Pretzel logic

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother house of Misguided Mice:

  • I actually don't have a ton of things to report.
  • Oh, I have one major thing.
  • But I'll save that for later.
  • Let me talk Indy for a moment.
  • What the hell is her problem with Taylor?
  • She's carrying on the Paloma Posse hate for the woman far past its expiration time.
  • She knows the Brazilian BB show.
  • She should know that if the majority of the people in the house are accepting there was ill treatment, perhaps it's time to back off.
  • Anyway ...
  • Brittany is walking normal although cuts like that on the knee can be quite painful and open up.
  • She's no Jasmine.
  • Okay, the big news is coming.
  • It's not really a surprise, per se.
  • Michael used the veto and took Joseph/Monte/Terrance off the block.
  • And he put Daniel/Kyle up in their place.
  • I believe he honestly thought he could manipulate Daniel and use him as a shield. Monte out would be better for him competition-wise.
  • However, I think he may have realized it's too early for a move like that and would end the shield of the Leftovers for both himself and Brittany.
  • Daniel is the target.
  • But ... I wonder if word gets out about what Kyle was saying, he might be in trouble.
  • After all, he's voicing a fear that all the minorities will target him.
  • Hmm.

Why, yes Daniel. It is a backdoor plan.

Turner brings enjoyment to the feeds

Indy won't like you two hanging out together.

I wouldn't be upset if he went home.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds, Veto Meeting Monday - August 1

Bumper pool crowd

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Angsty Aardvarks:

  • Nothing earth-shattering to report
  • The biggest news was they all got together for Michael's birthday.
  • His birthday is the same day as Keesha's (BB10)
  • Remember that one?

  • They reenacted the birthday with Taylor having the "Anyone want cake" line.
  • They're still acting like the backup plan is to backdoor Taylor.
  • The feeds were blocked for the veto meeting today.
  • Daniel used the veto and saved Alyssa/Indy.
  • Taylor/Nicole are the renoms.
  • Daniel THINKS Taylor is the target.
  • He's wrong.

The big birthday party

That scooter needs to be evicted

At least they can all seem to have fun

Keep telling yourself it's them when it's you

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds POV Meeting Bulletin - July 11

Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat ...

Well, well, well. Totally predictable. Expected the expected. Daniel first put the oldest guy in the cast on the block and a gay guy. Now he buys what the house is selling and puts up Taylor as the renom when Michael took himself down. Now, Daniel himself balked at putting up two Black people but did it anyway.

And, rubbing salt in the wound -- PALOMA who started the anti-Taylor brigade due to what seems like petty jealousy -- is now trying to be her best friend, claiming they're family and all. Gag me now. Taylor is in tears.

Shut up, Paloma. YOU did this to her!

Here we go!

Time for the veto comp! They are dressed in shiny race suits and helmets. The game is Celebrity Luge. Head to head in rounds. The winner of the round chooses the next two to compete.

Miesha goes against Cynthia first. Cynthia eliminated.

Miesha picks Todd and Todrick as the next players. Todrick eliminated.

Miesha versus Lamar. Lamar eliminated. It's down to Todd and Miesha.

TODD wins the Power of Veto!

Cynthia is worried that she will end up being the renomination if Todd pulls himself down. I think she's probably right.

Todrick talks to Todd. Todd says he doesn't know -- one of them, Lamar or Cynthia, will have to go home. Todd tells him if he wins HOH, it will be Miesha and him on the block.

To the live veto meeting in the living room. Todd saves himself. Todrick puts Cynthia up in his place.

Time for the first eviction of the night!

Lamar - Beautiful experience, love you, let the chips fall where they may.

Cynthia - Made it to the final five, proud, thank you, love all.

Votes to evict:
Miesha - Lamar
Todd - Cynthia

Todd deliberately goes for the tie, forcing Todrick to do the dirty deed. He votes Lamar out. Lamar goes out classy. He tells Julie that Todd has been sober 33 years and will be his sober coach.

Julie calls them all into the living room. She tells them about the double eviction. Reminder -- to vote for favorite player, text their name to 21523.

Time for the HoH comp! Winter theme, of course. The three competitors are in booths. Todrick cannot compete. BB Flicks. Choose correct movie poster one point each round. Must be first right answer based on video.

1. Todd one point
2. Todd one point
3. Miesha one point
4. Cynthia one point
5. Cynthia one point
6. Miesha one point
7. Miesha one point

Miesha wins HOH!

To the living room for the live nominations. Todd and Cynthia are nominated.

Everyone plays for the veto. Frozen in Time. It's one of those roll a ball down icicle ramp into the Day Number ramp for the correct answer to Julie's questions.

1. Shana second veto comp win. Miesha and Todrick points.
2. First veto comp Schedule SNAFU played. Todrick point.
3. Carson evicted. Todrick, Cynthia points.
4. Gala gift opened. Miesha and Todrick points.
5. Celebrity Endorsement Comp. Todd point.
6. Video of Kaito in hot tub. Miesha point.
7. PoV first used to take someone down. Todrick point.
8. Angry Glam Squad comp. Miesha point.
9. Chris Kirk win a comp. Miesha point
Go to tiebreaker for Miesha and Todrick.

MIESHA wins the Power of Veto! She leaves the nominations the same. Duh! Todrick will be the only vote tonight.

The live vote/eviction --

Cynthia - Praises to Miesha and Todrick. Whatever you do is fine.

Todd - Praises Todrick's game as best in house.

Todrick votes Todd out after saying kind words about him. He mentioned he had promised Carson he would protect Cynthia the best he could.

If there is a tie tomorrow night, America will cast the tiebreaker.
