Survivor 43: Castaways and Tribe Breakdown

Tomorrow morning the pool sign-ups go up for both Survivor 43 and The Amazing Race 34. Be there or be square! Due to overlapping with BB24 and my health issues, I haven't posted my usual casting introduction or even gotten the blog pools going early. My apologies! With the blog pools, we will be skipping the first out. We never get to know them anyway! Please do NOT sign up for the blog pool on this post! Wait for the sign-up post, please!

In my research I noted that there are discrepancies on how to spell the Blue tribe's name. I see it spelled both Coco and Koka. I'm spelling it as the latter in this post. However, I might be wrong. It just sounds better as Koka, right?

Anyhow ... here's the tribe breakdown we can expect to see plus age, profession and where they currently reside:

The Yellow tribe is named Baka.

Big Brother: BB24 Power of Veto Bulletin - September 16

His BB life is on the line

They held the Power of Veto comp this morning. Remember -- Taylor is HOH and Turner/Brittany on the block. The Power of Veto winner will have the power to decide who goes to the Final Three.

Monte will have that choice -- he won the veto.

What's best for his game is a hard guess. I believe he will save Turner by voting out Brittany. I don't know if that indeed will be best for his game. Sitting next to Brittany should be a win for anyone right now. Hmm ...

Mr. POV winner

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Friday, Nominations - Sept.16

Is taking Turner out her best choice?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of the Final Four:
  • The schedule is all wonky!
  • BB opened the yard for them late at night instead of starting the set-up for the veto comp.
  • And ... nominations went down last night!
  • Whether thanks to the showmance or not, Taylor nominated Turner as we knew she would and Brittany.
  • Of course, the veto winner has all the power this week because he or she is the sole vote.
  • Turner told Monte that if he (Turner) wins the veto, which would mean that Monte would go on the block, he will refuse to have a one-on-one talk with Brittany.
  • Monte talked to himself and the cameras while alone, trying to decide who would be best to keep for his own game.
  • Taylor cooked for everyone.
  • And Brittany went around searching for a hidden immunity idol or something.
  • Yeah, wrong show.
  • But she was searching all around for something!
  • I know that she and Michael previously were coming up with places to hide the veto if that comp came up.
  • Maybe that was what she was doing.
  • Who knows?

HOH isn't as important as POV this week.

If only I could find a hidden immunity idol!

Is the Monte/Taylor showmance the real thing?

Big Brother: BB24 Live Eviction Show Blog Party - Sept. 15

First, I would like to thank everyone who has given me birthday greetings both here on the blog and on Facebook!

Tonight's show should be entertaining, I'd say. As we head into it, Taylor and Alyssa are on the block. Only Turner and Brittany can vote. If there is a tie, Monte has to cast the tiebreaker vote. You can see the drama now!

Before we get into the show, Lifeguard SueGee has updated the blog pool --

Alyssa         - JonMD1267, Auntie Leigh, SueGee, Gibby in MI
Brittany    - Judi Sweeney, MikesGirl, Tilde, YoDave
Monte    - Sally, Willie J, Rodney
Taylor    - CherylNY, Donna in AL, Cherry Pie
Turner (Matt)- Bizaro22, Glenn Allen, Jasonuwp

I will be live blogging the show, updating this post with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments section. I hope to see you there!

Julie looks very casual, sporting pigtails and wearing black slacks and a lavender short jacket. Into the Previously On which I will ignore.

Julie tells us a budding showmance could have game-altering consequences. Brittany tells us she will vote to keep Taylor. Alyssa is sure that she will have Turner's vote to stay. Brittany talks to Taylor about sticking together. Brittany needs someone to have her back.

Turner and Alyssa talk. She gives him her pitch. Taylor, if HOH, will take him off, she has everybody's vote, on and on. Turner is reluctant to force Monte to show his cards by breaking a tie.

Brittany is not happy the other four hangout together and have slumber parties without her. Eep. Monte is flirting with Taylor and she is flirting back. Now they are in bed together. Eep. Cuddling. Eep. Kissing! Yikes!

Brittany and Alyssa are talking. Alyssa tells Brittany that Monte, Taylor and Turner were up until 8AM. Brittany thinks Taylor was using her before and now has turned her back on her.

Julie tells us that a sympathy vote could make the difference between staying or leaving and then the cameras head to Taylor and Monte. Brittany is in tears to us because Taylor was laughing about the way Michael left. So, then Brittany is in tears to Alyssa about it.

Brittany thinks Monte wants Taylor to stay and she can't help because Monte would do the tiebreaker. She tells Alyssa that Turner will vote what Monte wants. So, Alyssa runs to Turner (who has promised to keep her) and, with tears, asks him for a sympathy vote. Turner tries to tell her she has to separate friendships from game. She tells him it would cost him her jury vote if he votes her out.

To the living room --

Taylor - Won't drag anyone, whole lot of fight left in game. I'm good for your game.

Alyssa - Shoutouts to all. Taylor, you're my girl and a good competitor.

The votes to evict:

Brittany - Taylor
Turner - Alyssa

It's a tie! Monte will have to show his cards! Heh. Monte votes to evict Alyssa. She does the hugging and holding the door a long time so they can peek out thing. She does not pull a Michael.

She is cordial. She thinks it was probably Turner voting her out. Julie can't tell her who voted for her. In the goodbye messages, Taylor tells her Turner and Monte had a gentlemen's agreement to keep her (Taylor), but she will fight to make sure two women as Final Two.

We're actually having an HOH comp on the live show! They are in booths. Monte, of course, has to sit it out. Fashion Fest. All about Julie's outfits. They will see videos of her. One point for each correct answer, seven questions.

1. Brittany and Turner each get a point.
2. Taylor and Turner both get a point.
3. All get a point.
4. Taylor and Brittany right. (Three-way tie)
5. Taylor and Brittany right.
6. All right.
7. All right.

Taylor and Brittany are tied and have to go to a tiebreaker question.
In seconds, how long was the Snoozefest from start until Brittany won?

TAYLOR wins HOH!

Big Brother: BB24 Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Sept. 14

Good evening, hamster fans! Tonight's show will be the veto comp and the veto meeting. At least I think all of that will air! Please don't post any spoilers in the comments before they air on the show.

I will be live-blogging and updating this entry constantly as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

I will just sit through the Previously On segment. Here I am, watching things we've already seen ...

Okay. that's over. We pick up after the Nominations Ceremony. Brittany thinks she needs to get clarification from Monte as she was in a final four plan with him, Michael and Taylor. He tells her he knows there was a final three deal with the girls. She claims that was fluff, nothing really. He tells her the trust is loss. She knows she told Turner and he had to tell Monte.

She tells him she doesn't think anyone wants to talk game with her until the veto. She feels on the outs. She tells us the only way she could be safe is by winning the veto.

Filler bit about Turner and the ZingBot's zing about him not being clean. He has cleaned his bed and belongings as well as himself. Alyssa tells us he needs to learn how to do his own dishes.

Monte talks to Taylor, saying the shot needs to be made against (his buddy) Turner. He tells us that she will have to win the veto and take Brittany down forcing him to renom Turner.

Monte tells Turner that if one of the nominees are saved, Taylor would go up. He tells Turner that he wants the noms to stay the same. He tells us that he wants both Taylor and Turner to stay.

More filler -- what would you do with the bread? Taylor wants simple things -- car, dog, life. Alyssa would retire her mother because she has always had to work so hard, she herself could start a business. Monte would set up an account to help invest in his parents and help his little brother. Brittany would adopt children as she can't have children. She wants a family. Turner would give a lot of it to his mother and open a "Coffee Shack" business, buy a ring for his girlfriend.

Early time for the veto comp -- they get a two-minute warning to be in the backyard to compete. If they don't make it in two minutes, they can't play in the veto. Monte dawdles as he "has a routine to get his day started." Oopsie! He is disqualified and cannot play for veto.

He wants Turner to win, doesn't want to nominate Turner or Taylor. Giant cuckoo clocks are missing gears and they each have to get them working. It's a 27-gear puzzle.

Taylor wants to win and take Brittany down so Turner would go up. Both girls would then vote Turner out. Then Brittany tells us SHE has to win. They are all tired. No spoiler, but these are night owl hamsters. This was around five in the morning their time. Alyssa doesn't seem to grasp the concept of gears.

Brittany seems to be doing the best, wait Turner is almost there. WAIT, Brittany won the Power of Veto! She yelled "for Michael" when she won. Turner is shocked about that. Taylor is worried.

Brittany is ecstatic -- she now will make the Final Four. Monte is down and goes back to bed.

Turner tells Alyssa he thinks Brittany and Taylor will pitch him going out. Alyssa considers Turner her best friend in the house. She doesn't want him to be on the block.

Turner tries to go talk with Monte ... but he's already asleep. Taylor tells Brittany that she thinks Monte will put her up because he wouldn't want "the blood on his hands with Turner."

Brittany thinks they need to talk to Monte. Poor Monte. What a quandary he's in because he needed to do his morning routine!

Brittany talks to Monte first. He tells her he's happy she won the veto. Lies! Brittany tells us that if Monte doesn't put up Turner, her target would change from Turner to Monte. He lies to her again and tells her he and Turner aren't that close. From the look on his face, she doesn't seem to be convincing him.

He tells us she's like a suburban mob boss talking to him. He will do what he wants to do. He says to her that he hasn't made his decision yet.

Then Turner gets to talk to him. Monte tells him that he will NOT be putting him on the block. He still wants to keep Taylor and Turner. So, that means he wants to do Taylor as the renom and Alyssa's time in the house would be done if it's a tie vote.

Taylor talks to Monte now. He tells her he felt that Brittany was strong-arming him. He also says that she would be more likely to vote Turner out than Turner would be voting her out. She does her own guilt trip on him, telling him that if she goes on the block she just won't be able to trust him.

Time for the Veto Meeting. Of course, Brittany saves herself. Monte puts Taylor up as the renom. Based on his safety for next week. Brittany tells us Monte is putting Turner's game over hers and Taylor's. I say it's over Brittany's and Alyssa's. Turner tells us he might have to vote to keep Alyssa and put the tiebreaker up to Monte.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Tuesday Evening - Sept. 13

Audreying without cause.
Maybe will have cause next week!

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Dwindling Days:
  • I don't have a heck of a lot for today.
  • BB needs to stop giving them games.
  • I never liked them playing chess and that's absent this year.
  • Instead, they have Chinese Checkers and now BB has given them cards.
  • Argh!
  • Might as well give them books to read, too! The games cut down any good game talk!
  • Brittany went and told Alyssa that Turner was planning on telling her (Alyssa) that she will be evicted just before the show goes down.
  • Now, she's doing that not because she really cares about Alyssa's feelings.
  • I think that now that she has a few comp wins, she thinks she can win until the end.
  • She's going for the jury votes and the fact that Alyssa might be able to sway her friends to vote for her in the final two.
  • The plan is still to keep Taylor and evict Alyssa.
  • Alyssa, although she has felt all along that she would be the one leaving, has been regularly mingling with the others without talking game plans.
  • On the other hand, Brittany keeps isolating and being quite like an Audrey.
  • The final three agreement in play seems to be Monte, Turner and Taylor.
  • Brittany knows of the final three agreement between them and is bitterly whining and complaining about them hanging out until all hours of the night/morning and having fun being the three.
  • She says that Taylor has betrayed and lied to her.
  • Mind you, she's telling Alyssa and the cameras that. She's not saying anything to the three.
  • However, I am thinking that, if Brittany does win HOH, it would be Turner on the block with Monte.
  • I honestly don't know how that would turn out. Taylor knows she has always had Turner in her corner but has been growing quite close to Monte.
  • I'm not sure how the Monte/Taylor thing will work out after the season as she seemed to be really into Joseph.
  • I'm glad I'm not in that age group anymore. Too much relationship stress!
  • That's all for tonight.

I do NOT like watching them play Chinese
Checkers or cards.

Alyssa listening to Brittany. Poor kid.

Such an excitable boy, right?

Will Monte still be smiling next week?

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Monday, Veto Meeting Bulletin - Sept. 12

He is cold. Isn't L.A. really hot right now?

I don't have a lot for you today. Brittany has been nonstop talking, cornering anyone she can. Although she won the veto this week and is safe, she's already worrying about next week.

Brittany saved herself with the veto (duh) and, as talked over with the others beforehand, Monte put Taylor up as the renom. He only had a choice between Taylor and Turner. He feels he needs Turner to back him up as he can't compete for HOH this week. Taylor would be his second choice back-up. Alyssa has never won a comp. He knows that Brittany would vote for Turner to go. Chances are that she will probably vote for Taylor to stay. Even then, if it's a tie, Monte would have little "blood on his hands" for breaking it and Alyssa going.

Yet Monte is shirtless at the same time.

She knows they all want her gone.

Might as well get tipsy!

She should remain this week; we will see.

Big Brother: BB24 HOH Comp, Nominations Show Blog Party - Sept. 11

Tonight's show is airing a half-hour later at 8:30PM Eastern. The show should cover the HOH comp and nominations. I know the live feeds are beyond that point. But I ask that no live feeds spoilers be posted on the show posts. Thank you very much!

I will be live-blogging and updating this post constantly with the major events as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Previously on ... and we already know all this stuff! We pick up the action and it's why Michael leaving, apparently unaired due to fillers. Right now we just have Brittany telling us how hurt she was after the eviction. Monte mentions they all knew he had to go. Turner had really been targeting Britanny and he told Alyssa that. Michael was okay with the Brittany out plan.

Then Monte wins the veto. He thinks this may be the only time they can get Michael out. Turner is not pleased with the idea. Monte tells Michael. Uh-oh! Turner tells Brittany. She's okay with it as it means she will stay. Michael goes to Taylor and Alyssa begging them to keep him. Michael trashes Brittany to Alyssa. Then he begs to Taylor.

Into Michael's rant speech and a hurt Brittany, then Michael's exit.

Back into moving on ... Turner is trying to cover his bases as he cannot play for HOH as the outgoing HOH. That is even though he didn't get the room. Taylor thinks that Turner should be worried. She thinks she has to step up and take him out. He talks to Brittany and she too tells us she will target him if she wins HOH.

HOH Comp -- there's a killer on the loose. Play one at a time. Brittany is up first, with goggles and getting a phone call about the killer, she must search house, secure all six doors with boards, hit alarm switch. The power cuts out and she is in the dark trying to do this. Monte was next. He seems to be faster than Brittany. Taylor next. She bails on it and gives up. Alyssa next. She lost count of the ones she barricaded. She can't find the alarm switch.

Taylor - Timed out
Alyssa - 22.24
Monte - 15.15
Brittany -- into a commercial - 15.24

Monte wins HOH. He tells us that he will not put up either Taylor or Turner. So, that leaves it a bit obvious. Alyssa understands that she will go up. She knows that she's the least threat to anyone's game. Monte is a bit concerned because Alyssa has many friends in the jury house.

Brittany thinks she might stand a chance to convince Monte that she is not the biggest threat. He is a bit skeptical. He tells Taylor that he thinks it will probably Brittany and Alyssa up. He tells us that he has a final two with Turner ... he does not tell Taylor that. Taylor thinks that she and Monte will go to the end together. She asks about Turner. He tells her if she wins veto and takes down Brittany, Turner would go up and it would be just her and Brittanny voting.

Time for the Nominations Ceremony. Monte nominates Brittany, then Alyssa. Wishes them luck with the veto.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Saturday Afternoon, Power of Veto - Sept. 10

Has she accepted that she will not win?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Sleeping in Squirrels:

  • Welp, the question of whether Monte thinks he needs to keep Turner has been answered.
  • Yes, he thinks he does need to keep him.
  • All summer these hamsters have been up most of the night and have slept late.
  • Not last night.
  • Oh, they were up fairly late.
  • But BB woke them up early in the morning for the veto comp.
  • One person slept a bit more and dawdled.
  • Uh-oh, Monte! You're late to veto and cannot play.
  • Say what?
  • You heard me. Monte, the HOH, was eliminated from playing in the veto comp during his own reign.
  • I don't know what it was or how it could happen, but Brittany won the Power of Veto.
  • With Brittany and Alyssa on the block, this certainly throws everything awry.
  • The plan was that Brittany would go to jury.
  • If Brittany is saved (which she will surely save herself), Alyssa will go home.
  • The renom can only be either Taylor or Turner.
  • Monte doesn't want either of them to go up.
  • Alyssa knows she will go home and is crying.
  • Monte wants to keep Turner because he needs him to protect him (Monte) next week.
  • So, the renom will (most likely) be Taylor with Alyssa being voted out.
  • Lots of hurt feelings going around.
  • And there you go ...

Hasn't been on the block in a while now.

Thanks for not putting me up
because you need me.

Dude, you need to move it, move it!

She pulled a Michael and saved her own butt.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds Nominations Bulletin - Sept. 9

The feeds were blocked for nominations, as they usually are blocked for stuff that's fun to watch.

I keep waiting for direct confirmation, but I'm not getting it. The plan was to nominate Brittany and Alyssa. Of the two, I think Brittany would get evicted. Of course, if Monte is actually thinking, it would be smart of him to backdoor Turner if he can. Then the only comp threat at all would be Taylor and, other than an admirable wall performance, she hasn't been a comp beast.

Confirmed - Brittany and Alyssa on the block.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Friday, New HOH - Sept. 9

She never saw it coming

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Hurt Hamsters:
  • Brittany is a wreck.
  • She's so hurt by what Michael said in his speech.
  • The others are surprised but they all try to convince her that he loved the game so much and was so shocked that he was saying anything and everything.
  • All (except Brittany) talk about what a fantastic BB player Michael was.
  • All were pretty shocked about the way he left.
  • But they think he will accept the game move of taking him out -- which he did by the time he talked to Julie.
  • Alyssa told Brittany she's sure she (B) and Michael will be best friends outside the house.
  • Brittany cried.
  • Brittany got called to the Diary Room.
  • She cried some more.
  • Everyone is being super nice to her.
  • They blocked the feeds for the HOH comp.
  • But we heard what happened once the feeds came back.
  • Monte won the HOH comp.
  • I'm not sure what the comp was.
  • I'm not sure whether he will go after the girls as was the plan or whether he might realize his biggest competition is Turner.
  • Turner got his HOH basket.
  • They got alcohol.
  • I got sleep.

Yes, Monte can win when Michael is gone

Turner got his HOH basket

I think she's the least female target

She's the only one who hasn't won a comp

Big Brother: BB24 Live Double Eviction Show Blog Pary - September 8

Tonight's show certainly has promise. Double evictions can get exciting! Terrance and Alyssa are on the block going into the first eviction.

Before we get into the show, Lifeguard SueGee has updated the blog pool --

Alyssa         - JonMD1267, Auntie Leigh, SueGee, Gibby in MI
Brittany    - Judi Sweeney, MikesGirl, Tilde, YoDave
Michael    - Jennasmom, monty924, KelseyNY, Fred aka TwoBlackAces
Monte    - Sally, Willie J, Rodney
Taylor    - CherylNY, Donna in AL, Cherry Pie
Terrance    - Lili, Caela, Ayana, Nora, AprilW
Turner (Matt)- Bizaro22, Glenn Allen, Jasonuwp

I will be live blogging the show, updating this post with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments section. I hope to see you there!

Julie is in red tonight as we head into "Previously On."

Okay, the veto meeting is over and we're in action. Why is Julie reading off a card? You would think she would know her stuff by now? She's not looking at it as she gave the Michael wins stats.

Monte tells us that he thinks Terrance needs to go. Brittany and Michael talk to Alyssa giving her support. Alyssa talks to Taylor, looking to stay. Brittany is trying to better her bonds with others. Alyssa gets more support from Taylor. Taylor tells us she wants Terrance out. I believe it -- Terrance has not been her friend!

They have a Turner's sayings segment. BB must not realize that "fire" is extremely common online for something good. His other words, bussin and megabussin and such are not prevalent.

Terrance is talking to Taylor. He tells us he would like to see a POC win the game and would vote for either Taylor or Monte. Taylor sees right through that. Then he pulls the same talk with Monte. Monte says that he thinks Alyssa will float through to Final Two. Monte tells us that what Terrance is saying is something he has to think about. He talks to Taylor and says that either of them would have a better chance sitting next to Terrance in the final two. Taylor tells him that she doesn't trust Terrance at all.

Julie tells us there will be a jury house segment. Yay!

We start off with Indy at the pool, then Jasmine arrives. Oh my, her accent is mostly gone. Oops. She's back into it. Joseph arrives. Indy is thrilled. She had such a crush on him. Jasmine likes him, too. Joseph tells them what a rat Kyle was and both women don't trust Kyle anyway.

Kyle arrives. Heh. Kyle tells them about the After Party. Joseph is disappointed in Turner. Then Kyle tells of the racial stuff. The other three are very surprised and hurt. Indy walks off. Ah, Joseph brings up the timing and Jasmine agrees with him. Kyle takes the blame. Indy is back. All three say hatred is wrong. Indy says he needs to learn his lesson and move on. She hugs him.

Julie tells us Michael is the biggest threat in the game but may not be the biggest target. Turner thinks she cryptically told him the girls have a final three. Turner suggests to Monte that the guys flip the HOH each week until the final three. They propose the idea to Michael. Michael seems receptive to the idea.

More filler material. This time with the HOH camera and questions about people lying about their jobs. Then the guys solidify the plan to work together.

Finally to the living room.

Terrance - Entertain with faith. Onion peeling, herd game.
Alyssa - Shout outs, love you all, please keep me.

The votes to evict:
Monte - Terrance
Brittany - Terrance
Turner - Terrance
Taylor - Terrance

They played a herd game, Terrance. Unanimously out. He says he will do a Daniel and walks out with no hugs and no goodbyes. From what the hamsters are saying after he leaves, it's obvious they are not expecting a double eviction. They think the HOH comp will be later tonight and airing on Sunday.

Julie talks to Terrance. He admits being upset with the houseguests. He honestly thinks he can manipulate people. Bwahaha! He is certain he's a huge threat. No, Terrance. You're annoying. He says he was most loyal to Daniel and Nicole. He tells Julie he would like to see Taylor follow him to jury.

Julie calls them to the living room. She tells them about the double and has them head to the yard. Apparently, a few expletives had to bleeped. We saw fish for a moment when there are no fish this year!

Michael cannot compete as HOH. It's called Laser Focus. Videos of six colors of laser shows, then questions about the colors.

1. Which color appeared the most? All right.
2. Which color appeared second? Alyssa the only one not getting a point.
3. Which color appeared only once? Monte and Turner get points only.
4. Which color appeared between the red laser lights? Monte and Turner each get a point.
5. Which color appeared exactly twice? All right.
6. Which color never appeared? Alyssa, Brittany and Taylor each get a point.
7. Which color appeared fourth? Brittany and Turner right.

TURNER IS THE NEW HOH! He takes Alyssa aside and tells her he wants Brittany to go and she is the only one he can put up next to her. He apologizes.

Live nomination ceremony. Loves all in the game, but it will have to be Brittany and Alyssa. Julie tells them to all head to the backyard for the live veto comp. All will compete.

Amp It Up. Navigate themselves and their cable to get their cable plugged into their amp. First one who does it, wins. The cable is twisted around a metal apparatus. Guess what? Michael is in the lead and almost wins. Taylor then does the same. But ... MONTE wins the Power of Veto!

He tells Alyssa he will be saving her and to keep it to herself. He tells Turner he has to make the move. Michael goes to talk to him and we cut away to commercials.

To the living room. Monte saves Alyssa. Turner replaces her with Michael. So, it's Michael and Brittany on the block. Michael will have a legacy like his favorite BB player -- Janelle. So many comp wins but can't win the game. I'm sure he will be more gracious than Terrance! I cannot see them NOT voting him out. I would if I were there.

Live vote. Ohh, heated talk as Turner is saying he had sworn he would never take out an LGBT person.

Brittany - I could be an asset to your game.

Michael - This move is Turner and Monte. Stick my neck out, I'm better for your game. (Brittany cries at him.)

The votes to evict:
Monte - Michael
Alyssa - Michael
Taylor - Michael

He practically ran out the door. He said he had one thing to say and left without saying a word. He admits that the others made the right decision for their games. He doesn't blame them. He loves and respects all those in the house.

Brittany is crying because Michael threw her under the bus. (But he definitely didn't lie.) Monte pointed out that Michael knows the game and what he said was game, not personal.

Sunday's show will air a half-hour later than usual on the East Coast.

Big Brother: BB24 Live Feeds into Thursday - Sept. 8

Turner looks ghoulish with a mask

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Masked Mice:

  • Brittany talked to Alyssa, telling her that she and Taylor will be voting to keep her.
  • Although I do think that will be the case, the whole talk sounded a bit insincere.
  • Brittany told her they need Michael a while longer before they target him.
  • Hmm ... I thought she had a final two with him and was playing for second place.
  • That would be kind of like a Cody taking Victoria scenario for Michael.
  • Sure, she won one comp which is one more than Victoria.
  • However, her talks are getting back to her allies.
  • She just might be targeted before Alyssa!
  • Terrance made the rounds of talking to everyone except Alyssa and Brittany.
  • Alyssa obviously understood.
  • But Brittany was frustrated and very concerned that he didn't approach her.
  • She thinks she might have overplayed this week. Of course, she told us that alone with a camera.
  • Well, yes. Yes, she did. She had a talk with Turner about targeting Michael.
  • She doesn't know that Turner told Michael and Monte.
  • That solidified those three a bit and have put a target on her back.
  • It hasn't helped that she talked about keeping Terrance who, despite his talk with Michael, wants him out.
  • Taylor probably wishes he didn't talk to her!
  • She looked to trapped, kept nodding her head and saying 'uh-huh' repeatedly as he went on and on about how they should work together.
  • Yeah, he trashes her all summer and now wants to be buddy-buddy?
  • Much of this was shown on last night's show. I had some timing issues going on here.
  • Nothing much has changed.
  • Terrance should still go tonight.
  • Brittany's poor choice in talking to Turner and others about taking out Michael has put a target on her back.
  • That is even though they ALL think Michael needs to go.
  • If he doesn't win the veto in the first eviction tonight, he will be out.

And Michael looks a bit like Jason! Yikes!

Maybe not the next target?

Is Brittany on the hit list?

So bitter and he will not let Monte alone!

Acting like she's listening to Terrance

Has two modes -- sleeping or trying to convince
people to keep him in the house.

Big Brother: BB24 Power of Veto Show Blog Party - September 7

Good evening, hamster fans! Tonight's show will be the veto comp and the veto meeting. At least I think all of that will air! Please don't post any spoilers in the comments before they air on the show. Remember -- tomorrow night's double eviction show is two hours starting at 9PM EDT.

I will be live-blogging and updating this entry constantly as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Previously on Big Brother ... is all stuff we already know.

The nominations ceremony ends and we come to life. Brittany really thinks that Michael should have nominated Turner as she is scared to face off with him in the next HOH comp. The narrator tells us the veto will be BB Comics. Michael tells us his target is Terrance.

Alyssa talks to Turner. He doesn't want Terrance to go tell Michael about the backdoor plan to evict him last week. Michael talks to Terrance. He mentions a potential plan from last week ruined by him (Michael) winning veto. Terrance plays dumb and upset, won't admit to the plan. He's actually not making much sense. Terrance tells us he will poison the jury against Michael.

Michael tells Turner that he was told about the plan to backdoor him. Turner decides to pin it all on Terrance. Michael knows he's lying but he promised he wouldn't put him on the block.

Turner tells us that he's a "proud bisexual man." He didn't know anyone like him back in school. He talks with Monte about it. Monte is receptive to the conversation. He really likes Turner, probably not in a sexual way, but ...!

Time to pick players for the veto comp. Only one will sit out this week. Michael draws Monte. Alyssa draws Brittany. Terrance draws Houseguest's Choice. He picks Taylor. Terrance told us he knows that Turner thought he would pick him. He claims he chose Black because that's what Turner started. Um. He still loves his buddy Kyle, I guess.

Brittany tells Terrance it would do her no good to send him home this week. She tells us she thinks she could potentially beat him in the end.

They're happy with the BB Comics veto. If you aren't familiar with it -- timed zipline looking at a wall of comics featuring the hamsters, arrange the comics in order, there are two versions in each comic, must get the right one.

Alyssa is up first. Then Taylor. Brittany. Monte. Michael. Terrance is the last. These are solo comps -- the others aren't watching the one competing.

Terrance - 25.19
Alyssa - 13.37
Taylor - 12.13
Brittany - 13.30
Monte - 13.58
Michael - 9.06

Michael wins the Power of Veto, breaking Janelle's previous record.

Terrance claims he has tricks up his sleeve. Yeah, right. Brittany still thinks that Michael should go after a stronger threat to his game this week (Turner).

Brittany asks Turner who does he think he can sit next to at the end and win against. He says no one could beat Michael. He tells her she would like to take a shot at Michael. He is surprised. He tells her that Monte might want to target Michael, as well. She thinks if Michael won't target Turner, he might target Monte.

Michael tells us that he doesn't want to use the veto. He says Brittany keeps coming up to him with suggestions.

Turner tells Michael about his conversation with Brittany. Michael is frustrated that she doesn't want to play for second place with him. He thinks she will talk too much. He appreciates that Turner came to him to let him know.

Time for the veto meeting! Michael does not use the veto. Terrance and Alyssa remain on the block. He encourages them both to campaign and do whatever they can to stay.
