- Things have calmed down.
- But this is not a happy house no matter if BB tries to get them all playing in group activities or whatever.
- Bayleigh really shouldn't go at Christmas like that. Christmas has an arrest record for domestic violence. Bayleigh, though she can get emotional, is really not a tough girl. Apparently Christmas is and she is in great physical shape.
- It's hard to say who's lying, who's just playing the game of BB or what.
- Tyler has SAID that BB wouldn't allow him to volunteer as a renom on the block if Christmas removed one of the nominees.
- He told Bayleigh and Da'Vonne he was volunteering to go on the block and go home in the spirit of their BLM devotion for having a Black female winner.
- So ... they thought he was such a good guy.
- Then he says that BB won't let him and Christmas keeps the nominations the same.
- Yet BB allowed Christmas to go up as a volunteer renom last week?
- It's a mess.
- Meanwhile, Bayleigh has admitted to tainting the jury against Tyler in their season.
- Now, Tyler has been saying (not to Bay or Day) that Bayleigh needs to go out before jury because she's an emotional player and would sway the jury.
- Hmm. I thought it was a standard rule of BB that jury was not allowed to discuss game.
- Ian and Bayleigh talked. He was honest with her and spoke in percentages. Right now he's favorable to keeping Da'Vonne 60/40. He said it could change. He also told her that he will let her know before the vote.
- This whole mess is sad. I look at Bayleigh -- yes, she is emotional (and definitely was a bitter juror). But I've seen her try so hard to control her emotions, mainly because she doesn't want to be portrayed or perpetuate the stereotype of an angry Black woman. I get it. But I see her as a young woman, more or less a kid really, who has lived a fairly sheltered life thrown into a very disturbing reality show house. To be honest, I probably wouldn't handle it any better than her.
- Well, my voice isn't as annoyingly pitchy. There's that.
- Da'Vonne is also fairly young. But I think she's had more of a hardscrabble kind of life and had to grow up when she was still young.
- Christmas is coming across as cold-hearted and sneaky. Plus she talks too much. Oh ... and has an arrest record for violence and really shouldn't be in the house.
- Tyler? I just don't know. I think he wants to be a good guy. He has been telling the others how mean he was to Bayleigh in that he was a smart-ass and smug with her.
- But I just don't know about the Diary Room thing.
- They apparently don't have the exit buzzer that they can just self-evict and walk out. I don't know if it's been gone for several seasons or just this one due to COVID.
- Anyway, it's all a spool of lies as far as I'm concerned!

BB22: Live Feeds into Monday, Veto Meeting - Sept. 7

So ... where is her costume? |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Miserable Mice:
- Last night was yet another frustrating night not only in the house, but for a feeds watcher as well.
- It seems that any heavy duty strategy talk or even real cultural awareness talks get blocked to the live feeds.
- Did you know that nominees still give speeches during veto meetings? You wouldn't know it by either the feeds or the show.
- So ... I told you how Ian tried to self evict the other day.
- Now it seems to be Tyler trying to do so in another manner.
- Or is he?
- He was in tears talking to Bayleigh and said he wanted to go on the block and be sent home. He cried that he had set her up since the first day, planting seeds, talking trash about her and he doesn't want to be the one responsible for her going home. He wants the veto used to save her and he goes up and out.
- Hmm.
- After he went upstairs to talk to Christmas about it, the feeds were blocked forever and when they came back, the talk was all over.
- Hmm.
- But then this morning, just a while ago, I caught Christmas telling him to let them think he was going home.
- So, he ain't going home. From what they were saying, if he did go home at this point, he would forfeit all pay. That's supposedly 40 grand. Plus he said he was threatened with having to pay for any incidentals like the COVID testing, etc.
- It seems Bayleigh is still the one who will be leaving.
- Nicole managed to break her costume and the box part of it had to go out for repair.
- The veto meeting just ended (blocked to the feeds, of course).
- Christmas did not use the veto -- Bayleight and Da'Vonne remain on the block.
- Bayleigh will be the target to go home.

BB22: Live Feeds into Sunday - Sept 6

Fluff and fold demo |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of At Least No Showmances to Endure:
- Yeah, there is that. At least we don't have to suffer through the soft porn of people who jump into the sack with someone they've known for a week.
- I hate that.
- As you know from my last post, Christmas won the POV.
- Apparently in the veto comp, Nicole traded the $5,000 to Da'Vonne because she wanted to be the record holder for the most costumes ever on BB - four of them.
- At least, that's the gist of what I got from their conversations. The comp was blocked to the live feeds and I'm picking up bits and pieces here and there as they talk.
- Anyway ... when Nicole got her Slopitard costume, after complaining about it being so bulky and the fact that she can only take it off to shower or sleep, she whined, "They like Janelle more than they like ME!"
- Well, duh.
- Yes, BB probably does and most (if not all) fans do, too.
- I mean, seriously ... how would BB even know that Nicole would end up in the Slopitard? SHE wanted a costume; she got one.
- As for Bayleigh's punishment task, some were complaining it was too easy.
- She had to do 500 laps around an area in the yard on this three-wheeled sort of tricycle.
- If she didn't do the 500 laps before Thursday, if I'm not mistaken, she would not be able to partake in either the HOH or Veto comps.
- That is, if she is still there to compete in them.
- At this point, that seems unlikely. But, later for that ...
- She didn't really have an easy time of the task -- one of the pedals broke and she just kept going with Da'Vonne helping distract her by staying and talking.
- She finished her task last night.
- No, it wasn't as bad as that one kicking a ball a few thousand times. But, you notice BB only did that once. It caused too much pain for Brittany Martinez in BB16.
- I wouldn't want to ride that trike with the broken pedal!
- Ian, who sat out the veto comp and tried to self-evict the night before after a rather heated talk with Bayleigh, is in the house. But he was mostly off the feeds and rather subdued when he was there.
- Kaysar's speech is having an effect. Unfortunately, I think that part of Ian's issues are that his name comes up as talking with Kaysar.
- Enzo and Cody will certainly stick together.
- Tyler will stick with them. But I think he and Cody are a bit leery of each other.
- Dani and Nicole might as well be chained at the hip.
- They're both annoying me.
- Make them go away.
- David is once again invisible. I think he only comes out to almost win comps, then fade into the wallpaper until time for the next comp to lose.
- Memphis is actually playing one of the best lowkey shrewd games in the house.
- Heck, maybe the only lowkey shrewd game.
- Tyler tries to do that. But he has too much Bayleigh baggage going on.
- Kevin thinks he's good with just about everybody.
- Nah, I think most will just use him. They know his gameplay of running from one to another and whining when he's on the spot.
- Then there's Bayleigh and Da'Vonne on the block.
- Sigh. Yes, nominating both of them together will not fare well for Christmas once she leaves the house.
- While they -- Bay and Day -- are a very tight alliance and yes, they need to be split up in the name of gameplay, it won't go over well that the two Black women in the house are on the block together.
- I'm not really one to debate race issues or support much done purely for or against someone for the color of their skin, religion, etc.
- But their alliance was doomed from the start.
- This cast, except for David and Nicole A, live in the BB alumni world. It was known that Bayleigh and Da'Vonne weren't friends before coming into the house this season but would most likely bond.
- They are the only two Black women in the house.
- It's noticeable whenever they hang out together at all.
- It's not like they could have a secret alliance -- the type that works best.
- I'm thinking back to BB3 with the Danielle Reyes/Jason Guy alliance that was only blown up because the hamsters voting went home instead of to jury and saw the DR sessions. They kept apart and secret. If Bayleigh and Da'Vonne kept apart, it would be suspicious. No one really notices white people hanging out together so much in the house because there are so many more of them.
- Plus, while I think that all the women on the show this season have tempers, can get aggressive and such ... for some reason, if it's Bay or Day, it seems much more noticed than if it's Dani or Nicole.
- Gee, why is that?
- Either way, as losers tend to say ... it is what it is.
- Right now it's really looking like Bayleigh will be the one leaving. Tyler has been pushing for her to get out before jury because she's "too emotional of a player" to be voting for a winner.
- Well, it does seem he might have a bit of a point there. She has admitted to swaying the jury against voting him the winner of their season.
- Oh, well.

BB22: Live Feeds Update - Power of Veto - Sept. 5
It was the one in which they each win something and can trade as they stay in longer.
Christmas won the Power of Veto. Now, of course, the weight of the world is on her shoulders for the nominations she chose to make.
Ian did not compete. Something is very wrong with him. He's been trying to self evict and was in the Diary Room for a long time before the comp. When the feeds came back after the comp, he is still in the house ... but did not compete in the PoV and no one took his place.
Da'Vonne won $5,000, Dani got a slop pass, Bayleigh has a task punishment, Nicole has the latest unitard.

I prefer the fish |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Sinking Ships:
- Once again the live feeds were blocked for hours after the live show ended here on the East Coast.
- Since they returned a bit after midnight here, I can only assume they decided to leave them down until after the show aired on the West Coast.
- You think they'd realize show fans on the West Coast watching the live feeds are aware of the internet and already know the outcome. Knock it off, BB. The feeds are down too much this season!
- I still prefer the adoptable animals over that one year they kept doing loops of BB Trivia. But still ...!
- While I'm on blocked feeds, I don't like the stars. I guess the fish are out because outside people often have to enter for maintenance of the tank. I loved the old old days of FOTH -- front of the house. Every now and then we'd see yard guy watering the plants! Chicken Coop Cam on BB1 was cool.
- But I digress. However, how do you like sitting here forever with no actual show happenings? See!
- It's all a mess.
- It sounds like Christmas wants to put Bayleigh and Da'Vonne on the block even though no one except Nicole really trusts Dani.
- I can just see Twitter now if she makes that move. I'm not saying anyone should be kept in the house because they're Black. But when you know all of what's happening in the world as I'm sure Christmas is aware, it's social media suicide to nominate the two for eviction. Why single out both women? Hmm.
- When the feeds first returned, Nicole was all in tears.
- Not an unusual state for her, mind you. Carry on.
- Cody wasn't in tears for sure. But he is so angry that, in the Kaysar speech, his name was there so much and with so many. Of course, Nicole's name was there, too. And, they were tied together by the wall shouter the other day.
- Ian is upset that all will be coming back to him.
- Kevin is confused.
- David is oblivious and not a part of anything really going on in the house.
- Enzo wants to stay out of the drama. "Yo, save that drama fo' yo mama!"
- Okay, he didn't say that. I made that up. But I think it's something he just might say!
- BB blocked the HoH room reveal once again.
- BB got them up at 8am their time.
- Then we ended up with several hours of blocked feeds again as they did the BB Basement comp.
- From what they're saying, it was dark and goopy. No one is admitting to winning any powers.
- It can't be Bayleigh as she locked herself in the bathroom stall with Da'Vonne and had an emotional breakdown.
- The others know she's breaking down. So now there's talk of she needs to go home for her sanity and can't handle the stress.
- Enzo and Dani were both talking about the stress and drama.
- Ian said it's too much.
- Tyler told Dani that Ian almost went to the Diary Room to DOR (self-evict) after Bayleigh lit into him.
- After the Basement, Mean Girl Dani was in tears and didn't know why she was dragged.
- Um, well. Seeds. That's all I can say.
- But Dani did win a power. Yet she cries and complains about it. She told Nicole she has the power to allow the HoH compete in the next HoH comp instead of sitting it out. It's good for three weeks.
- Heehee.
- Oh my. I know I've been complaining about how boring they are. But I don't want them all crying and upset!
- I just want a brouhaha or even just a kerfuffle, not psychological scars which may never heal.
- Nominations should be later tonight.
- ADDED: Christmas also won a power called the Blocker. It's good for three weeks. It can block the someone from being nominated as a renom. She has to enact it prior to the veto.

BB22: Live Eviction, HoH Show Blog Party - Sept. 3
Out of four evictions, this is our second live show eviction. I can only hope the live feeds aren't blocked here for hours and hours like they were last week! It's bad enough that every day this week there have been extremely lengthy live feeds blocks. On the plus side of that, they're more boring than most casts anyway. So, no great loss.
If you want to see where you stand in the blog pool, you can see the latest pool standings at this post linked right here.
I will be updating this post with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast -- refresh the page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments area. Please feel free to join in on the fun!
So ... who will be going home -- Kaysar or Christmas?
Julie tells us anything can happen on eviction night. Yeah, right. Then we're into the Previously On. Ohhh ... a new room in the BB house will be revealed tonight!
"Be careful where you plant seeds of doubt," Julie says.
Kaysar knows they want him out, especially since the renom is Christmas. He mistakenly talks to Memphis about the alliance. Not a good move since Memphis is a big part of the alliance.
Enzo has caught onto Dani, but doesn't do anything about it. Cody tells Enzo about an alliance in which he's not a part. Tyler is also on the Caught Onto Dani Train. He wants to be the one to end the madness she's spreading through the house. He talks to Bayleigh about it. Now, Bayleigh is supposed to be in an alliance with Bay! Then he talks to Da'Vonne, as well.
Of course, none of this scheming will do anything to help either of the nominees on the block tonight!
Julie gives us a teaser about the newest twist -- the BB Basement -- and into commercial.
Ian talks to Kevin and tries to lay out the alliances. Ian knows he can't really count on Nicole. Kevin is happy that Ian is telling him the lowdown. Then he talks to Bayleigh. Ian is rockin' that hammock! He tells Kevin they can use Kaysar to blow things up because Kaysar has nothing to lose. So, he approaches Kaysar. Kaysar seems to be pondering it.
To the living room.
Christmas - Thanks, vote the HoH way, makes weird Christmas poem
Kaysar - Love on personal level, gameplay and strategy suck ... blows up the alliances! Yay!
The votes to evict: (forgive the weird spacing)
Cody - Kaysar
Memphis - Kaysar
Dani - Kaysar
Ian - Kaysar
Kevin - Kaysar
Da'Vonne - Kaysar
David - Kaysar
Bayleigh - Kaysar
Nicole - Kaysar
Tyler - Kaysar
So, yet another sheeple unanimous vote to evict Kaysar.
His talk with Julie is cordial. He tells her the reason he came back was to try to convince people there's a better way for the world.
HoH comp time. Backyard. Julie tells them there are no Have Nots this week. Filter Faceoff. Two at a time, podium, will see images, answer. The winner of each two will choose the next two. More, exactly, less
Ian/Kevin - Ian out
Nicole/Cody - Nicole out
Kevin/Da'Vonne - Kevin out
Cody/Memphis - Cody out
Dani/David - David out
Bayleigh/Da'Vonne - Bayleigh out
Dani/Memphis - Dani out
Tyler/Da'Vonne - Tyler out
Christmas/Memphis - Memphis out
Da'Vonne/Christmas - Da'Vonne out
CHRISTMAS IS THE NEW HOH! (Where was this comp around when she was being carried through with a broken foot on her season?)
BB Basement - comp played completely in the dark will grant three new game-changing powers.

Christmas stuffs her star babies in a trash bag |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Loquacious Louts:
- Strategy talks perked up a bit today, thanks to Ian.
- Yesterday I think it was Cody and Enzo talking about how Ian conveniently leaves something in each room to give him an excuse to go in while people are talking.
- Well, yeah. Probably.
- Plus Ian is very observant.
- He's got the major alliances, minor alliances and side alliances pretty much down pat with the exception of not knowing where Dani and Tyler stand.
- He was also in the yard and heard the fence shouter shout about Cody and Nicole playing everyone.
- Because he knows the alliances take up just about everyone except himself, Kevin and Kaysar ... and David to a lesser useless extent, he really can't confide in many.
- He went to Kevin, hoping Kevin will work with him since he's at the most on the fringes with the alliances.
- Now, I do worry about that because Kevin's gameplay is usually to float back and forth with the power of the week.
- But Ian knows that he himself has little to lose as he's a previous winner of the game and not really in any alliance with anyone other than Nicole (as the other previous winner) and he really doesn't seem to trust her or want to test the strength of the alliance with any sort of strategy.
- So, he confided in Kevin.
- He later hinted at things with Kaysar and Kaysar convinced him to spill the alliance beans.
- They're trying to figure a way to flip the vote using the intel, but it looks rather bleak.
- In other news, Christmas officially turned in all of her star babies today. She kissed each one while wishing a quick "g'bye" and shoved them into a large trash bag.
- Oh my.
- You'd think that would be some kind of crime!

BB22: Live Feeds into Monday Afternoon, PoV Meeting - August 31
![]() |
So not under the radar now |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Petty Possums:
- Last night as many of the hamsters were hanging out in the yard, there was a wall shouter.
- Yep! It's been a while. There were chronic issues with wall shouters and even the Megaphone Lady (Miss Kitty?) back in the day.
- This latest shouter was loud and clear and shouted it twice: "Nicole and Cody are playing everyone."
- Heh.
- No, it wasn't me.
- But you know if we could make it out on the live feeds, so could the hamsters.
- The feeds shut right down and they/us lost the yard for the rest of the night. The feeds block was much longer than needed, I say.
- Remember the year someone was throwing candy over the back fence? Heehee!
- Shouters are more likely to get through more so than banner planes. Usually planes are spotted long before they can be seen from the yard. The shouters can sneak up.
- Although they were obviously told not to discuss the shouter, Cody said a few times during the rest of the evening his game is ruined now.
- Poor Cody.
- Enzo's talks with people continued as he is to make his decision on a renom.
- Well, unless Kevin doesn't use the veto, that is!
- Bwahahahaha ... i crack myself up.
- Enzo's main scheming partner seems to be Tyler rather than Cody. Hmm.
- Enough people have exposed Dani's seed planting that she's jumped smackdab into the radar.
- Enzo doesn't want to make any big moves, though.
- He really wants Kaysar out. If he puts up the easy move of David, it might just backfire and Kaysar might stay. If he does his original plan of Ian, same thing as Ian is perceived as a dangerous player.
- Aha! Earlier, pre-veto comp, Christmas had volunteered to be a pawn. Maybe it was even before nominations? Doesn't matter. She did volunteer.
- And, now ... there she is!
- Yep, Kevin saved himself and put Christmas up against Kaysar.
- The house is just about all against Kaysar, if not all.
- I see another house vote looming.
- Sigh.

BB22: Live Feeds into Sunday - August 30
![]() |
What up, Kaysar! |
Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of BB No Stars:
- As you know from last night's brief update, Kevin won the Power of Veto.
- Sigh.
- So, what does he do?
- He cries.
- Then cries some more.
- He's so grateful to Enzo that I can't help but wonder (or maybe even to the point of think) that Enzo may have thrown the comp to him.
- Hmm
- I guess we won't really know until the comp airs on Wednesday.
- It sounds like David actually might have done fairly well in the comp.
- Doesn't matter.
- He still doesn't belong in the house with veterans of the show ... or if I daresay ... feeble stars.
- Now, Enzo's original plan was to put Ian up as a replacement. But, of course, he was thinking that would be if Kaysar won. He (nor I) expected a Kevin win.
- Naturally, I'd suggest a renom of David to put him out of his misery.
- Or, Enzo could go with a Dani renom and the votes just might be there.
- Although Dani is playing a shrewd (yet evil) game, her seed planting is starting to draw attention and not all of it good.
- Cody and Enzo know she's a dangerous player.
- More dangerous to their game than Kaysar?
- The problem is that Kaysar has walked around saying he wants to target Cody.
- If Dani were to target Cody, she'd sneaky get him on the block and then plant seeds with the others telling them Cody betrayed them.
- I honestly think she's more of a threat to anyone she decides to target than Kaysar is.
- Kaysar is just a bit too honest.
- Dani wants to solidify Kaysar's departure with a house meeting telling him that even though they all love and respect him, he's going home and should try to enjoy his last days in the house.
- @@
- And Cody and Enzo think that's a good idea!
- !!!!!
- Although Da'Vonne and Bayleigh were talking about voting Ian out instead of Kaysar, that wouldn't be enough to save him.
- Mind you, Ian is not on the block as of yet. The veto meeting isn't until tomorrow.
- As all of this is going on, seeds are being planted against Bayleigh rather than the previous seeds against Da'Vonne.
- Gah.
- And, I ask ... what about Nicole F? She needs to get gone! (However, I think she does deserve to be there more than David.)
- Oh, well.
- Tomorrow's another day.

BB22: Live Feeds Power of Veto Result - August 29
Today was the Power of Veto competitiion, blocked to the live feeds. But we do get to see the aftermath with the participants covered with paint.
The veto players were Enzo, Kevin, Kaysar, David, Tyler and Bayleigh.
Kevin won the Power of Veto.
Of course, he will save himself. The plan has been for Ian to go on the block in his place. Kaysar remains the target. Either way, I'll lose one of the few I actually really wanted to watch in the house this season.

BB22: Live Feeds Nominations are in - August 28
Kaysar and Kevin are on the block.
If all was right with the world Kevin would annoy enough people to overcome their desire to vote out Kaysar. Or, Kaysar would win the veto and people would want Kevin out over Ian.
Veto comp tomorrow.

What up, Kaysar! |
Who will they have to vilify now that Janelle is gone? Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Meddlesome Mice:
- As you know from my late night post, Enzo is the new HoH.
- Apparently there was a big ordeal determining the winner and they had to examine and reexamine frame by frame as it was so close between Enzo and Cody.
- The live feeds were blocked for about three and a half hours after the live show and blocked once again for the HOH reveal, letter from home reading and such.
- Way too much feed blockage this season! Stop that, BB.
- The second I heard Enzo won, I knew Kaysar was doomed.
- Of course, if just about anyone won, he'd be doomed, but ...!
- Sure enough, while Enzo is making a point to talk to everyone and claims he has yet to make up his mind, he's made up his mind.
- He told Cody that he plans to nominate Kaysar and a pawn. If one comes down with the veto, Ian goes up.
- Sure, target two hamsters I like! Grr.
- Enzo told Cody that he and Tyler would definitely be safe.
- So, the alpha male reign continues.
- Enzo is also asking people about the hinky votes when he talks to them. @@
- It seems that neither Dani nor Enzo know it was both of them.
- Yet they're both being a bit too obvious prying and making a big deal of the votes.
- David continues to be absolutely clueless and useless. Who decided to put him in a show with seasoned hamsters?
- Unless Kaysar can win either veto or HoH every week from now on, he'll be out the door.
- Sigh.
- Christmas still has all her star babies. I think it's 13 of them even though they didn't show that many on the segment the show did about them. They all have BB-related names like Veto, Twist, Backdoor and such.
- Enzo and Cody seem to know that Dani is a snake but think it's too early to get her out.
- I'm seriously dismayed with this season. Unless there's some kind of shake-up, it will be dominated by the white alpha males and very predictable.
- I'll let you know the nominations when I know them. Maybe the pawn will be David, Maybe the hamsters will get a spine and not vote with the house.
- Maybe I need a drink ...
