BB22: Live Feeds into Thursday - Sept. 24

Yes, you are on the internet

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of CBS No Access:

  • The live feeds were blocked for about 14 hours yesterday with no explanation.
  • When they came back way late last night, the hamsters were all sitting around playing group charades.
  • Boring!
  • The Have Nots got to eat at midnight their time.
  • How exciting!
  • Da'Vonne went to a room alone, speaking to the camera (us). She knows she will be the one going home and feels she has accomplished her goals. While she hasn't won the money (which would be nice), she feels she was able to use the show as a platform to represent Black people, educate folks on what BLM is all about and spread the word of God. She feels like she might have let people down and got quite teary.
  • Aww ... at least she didn't play mean-spirited!
  • It sounds like Nicole might have told her about the David vote as she (Day) said she would like to see him make it to the end.
  • Dani told Memphis about her BB Basement power. This is the last week she can use it. If he wants, she will use it on him so he can play tonight in the HoH comp.
  • I think she thinks he would give her safety for the week if he wins. But he neither committed to using it, nor keeping her safe.
  • And that's the big news.
  • Now you're bored, too!
  • My job here is done.

You're boring us as well

An emotional farewell

BB22: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Sept. 23

I find this interesting -- the guest on tonight's veto comp is usually very hyped each season. I don't recall any mention on the show, nor any promos, for the guest tonight. It's possible I missed something. But, since I haven't seen anything myself on air, I will let it remain a mystery until it airs.

I will be updating this entry with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Previously on ... and blah, blah, blah. All the way from Planet Zing, ZingBot is back. Goody, goody. That's what I was referring to in the first paragraph. I'm not a fan. I always have trouble figuring out what it's saying. I can't guarantee I'll get it tonight.

Kevin is annoyed that he's constantly on the block, always supposedly as a pawn. He talks to Memphis. He hints to Kevin that he's not the target. That, of course, to Kevin would mean Da'Vonne is the target. Dani feels bad that Da'Vonne is on the block. Cody is agreeable about Memphis's noms.

Da'Vonne thinks that David is either aligned with "them" or he is a backdoor plan. Which is it? Kevin plays the friend card with Da'Vonne and she is indeed touched. She cries to him and he cries to us.

Veto player pick time. Memphis draws Tyler. Day gets Houseguest's Choice and goes for Nicole. Kevin also gets HC and chooses Dani. David is miffed that neither chose him and they obviously don't trust him. Tyler is sure that Dani and Nicole must be working with Da'Vonne.

Dani doesn't want Da'Vonne to go home. Memphis tells Tyler, Dani and Nicole to throw the comp and he, Kevin or Da'Vonne will win, then he backdoors David. None of them are thrilled. Tyler thinks David is a bad target. Memphis tells Da'Vonne the plan. She doesn't really trust him.

Tyler thinks David going is not good for his own game. He thinks the power couple of Da'Vonne and Kevin should be split up. Memphis tells him again he wants him to throw it. Tyler tells Cody about Memphis's plan and Cody agrees with Tyler.

ZingBot arrives and calls them to the backyard. It's Tiger Zing this time. He can't believe David is there on All Stars. Enzo - what's pathetic man in his forties calling himself Meow Meow -- nothing. Memphis is a number two. Cody is a perfect  ... IQ. Dani - looked like an old pro on first season, now just old. Christmas -- difference between you and the holiday season. One is cold and annoying, the other is the holiday season. Kevin - nickname with a ring to it -- boring. Tyler - What do you call someone who gets the girl instead of the five hundred thousand, a loser. Day -- two reality shows, which one will you lose next. Nicole - Here comes the bride she loves to whine and cry, every time I hear her voice I want to ....

Tiger Zing is running a tiger sanctuary. The tigers escaped -- only one can help rescue at a time.

It's a maze with three escaped alien tigers, return them one at a time to the correct cages, leave maze and ring in. Fastest time wins. Day is up first and seems to be doing pretty well with the first two tigers/cages. She made good time. Memphis is next. He seems to have a bit more difficulty. Nicole next. She tells us she would like to take Da'Vonne off the block. Dani next -- she too wants to take Da'Vonne off, seems a bit quicker than Nicole or Memphis. Kevin thinks he can take it slower and accurate. Tyler rushes and guns for the veto. He runs like a maniac.

Kevin - 5.33

Memphis - 3.29

Dani - 3.41

Nicole - 4.22

Da'Vonne - 6.53

Tyler - 2.55

TYLER wins PoV!

Da'Vonne thinks Tyler is working with Memphis and will not use the veto. Memphis tells her he told Tyler to throw it but think Tyler will follow his plan. Memphis is ticked that neither Tyler nor Dani threw the comp. Tyler tells us that backdooring David isn't good for either his game or Memphis's game. Tyler tries to tell him that he should have talked it over with the alliance. Tyler tries to lay out the info he has that Day is working with Dani and Nicole. It sounds like Tyler has convinced him.

Time for the veto meeting. Speeches for a change!

Kevin - Longshot of veto being used

David - Plan has been in motion for a long time. I know you're not going to use the veto.

Tyler does not use the veto. Da'Vonne and Kevin remain on the block. Christmas is letting her Blocker Power expire. Da'Vonne now thinks Memphis never had that backdoor plan.

BB22: Live Feeds into Tuesday Evening - Sept. 22

What not to do to your hair

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Bizarre Blocks:

  • I just can't with the feed blocks this season.
  • Today was another huge four hour block for, as far as I know, absolutely no reason.
  • I could deal with feed blocks due to singing copyrighted songs and such over the years.
  • But this cast really rarely sings, unlike many in the past.
  • Here on the East Coast we're blocked every eviction night until the show ends on the West Coast. Why? It's not like people don't communicate via the internet and all is a big secret!
  • Grr.
  • There are smaller "stars" blocks so often it could make your head spin. We're missing decent conversations and strategy talks.
  • ARGH.
  • There. That's out of my system.
  • Today Kevin claims it's campaigning day but says he won't campaign against Da'Vonne.
  • Alas, it does seem like he won't have to do much to get votes to stay.
  • It seems like, despite the fact that it will be down to three women in the house, Dani and company feel it's more important to stick to the Committee rather than the women's alliance.
  • Da'Vonne had a long talk with Christmas trying to smooth over the issue brought about because she dared to make Christmas a Have Not after Christmas put her on the block. Horrors!
  • Da'Vonne told her she's tired. She says she's done pretty much all she really came into the house to do -- educate people about BLM and spread the word of God.
  • Um. Okay.
  • I'd rather she stand a chance to win, but maybe that's just me. I can't really blame her for feeling like she's done with the game.
  • Christmas wouldn't say her vote (which will be for Da'Vonne to go) but did tell her that it didn't look good for her.
  • Da'Vonne wants to know so she doesn't go out in athletic gear looking not her best.
  • Other than that, not much is going on.
  • Kevin (or was it David?) managed to start a grease fire in a pan in the kitchen and Cody has no clue how to work a fire extinguisher. Memphis put out the fire.
  • Nicole has not owned up to lying about the Ian vote and David/Da'Vonne still have that lie hanging over their heads like a storm cloud. They are getting along on the surface, but Day really needs to know.
  • There ya go.

You can hold your head high, Day

Looking better 'cause others are so bad

Maybe bought himself one more week

BB22: Live Feeds Into Monday Afternoon, PoV Meeting - Sept. 21

Grousing about Christmas session

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Memphis Mania:

  • About the above image -- it seems that Christmas stole most of the blanketing to make her bed in Have Not comfy while Cody had little.
  • They were not griping about the holiday; it was about the person.
  • It's been a feeds cut laden few days.
  • Surprise, surprise.
  • Da'Vonne is still adamant that David is lying to her about the Ian vote.
  • David is still insisting, truthfully, that he did indeed vote to keep Ian. Or, in other words, he voted to evict Tyler.
  • Nicole is still lying to Da'Vonne, telling her she voted to keep Ian.
  • Kevin is wondering if there might be some truth to what David is saying.
  • He told Da'Vonne that she should confront Nicole and ask her point blank if she voted to keep Ian or not.
  • So she did.
  • And Nicole lied once again.
  • She feels so bad about lying.
  • Yet she persists.
  • Da'Vonne has had it. While not yelling, she sort of quietly went off on Nicole -- she told her she had enough. She mentioned how each person evicted was treated horrible from Keesha to Ian. She specifically mentioned how they made fun of each one and especially Ian.
  • Nicole cringed at the Ian mention. As she should.
  • Tyler did stand up to Memphis and refused to use the veto, thus blowing Memphis's big Backdoor David Plan that he didn't bother letting anyone in his alliance know about.
  • Tyler steadfastly said that David is ONLY Memphis's target and is not a major issue for the Committee on the whole.
  • Now, with Da'Vonne and Kevin remaining on the block, Tyler has managed to switch everything around so they can go at the person who is his personal biggest target -- Da'Vonne.
  • Although Dani and Nicole would rather keep Da'Vonne over Kevin, it looks like we'll be heading for another house vote.
  • David thinks he's in with the In Crowd now.
  • He's not.
  • Da'Vonne packed, saying that she was disappointed with her own game this season. She says in her first season she received all kinds of kudos for being open and speaking up. She thinks this season she has muzzled herself and regrets it.
  • That's about it ...

Yikes! Just how damaged is Nicole's hair?

I'm just playing the game

Just there for fun and money

BB22: HoH Finish and Nominations Show Blog Party - Sept. 20

The show isn't scheduled until 8:30pm ET in this area due to football. Of course, the game went overtime, of course. 60 Minutes didn't start until 7:50pm ET, so BB should start around 8:50pm ET. I will turn off the word verification and do the live blogging when it starts here.

Yes, it's finally time for that fun show all about those loving hamsters in their happy house! Um. Well. I will be updating this entry with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast -- refresh the page to get the latest news. As always, the real party is in the comments area. Please feel free to join in on the fun!

Although in real time via the live feeds, we already know who won the Power of Veto, that is NOT tonight's aired show. Tonight on the show itself we'll see the conclusion of the HoH comp and nominations and a lot of fodder in between. I ask that you not post spoilers from the live feeds on show posts -- they will be removed because some people only watch the show and don't want spoilers. Merci!

Previously on has ended and we're in it.

David is confused. He did vote to keep Ian and force a tie. But ... someone else flipped! As we all know Ian was voted out 5-3. Ian went to Da'Vonne about it. She's skeptical, but heads to talk with David. David tells her yes, he will be voting for Ian and, with her, Kevin and Nicole, it would force Dani to break a tie.

Da'Vonne goes to Nicole about it. Oh noes! Nicole can't hurt her alliance and Dani by going along with that! But she agrees with Da'Vonne while Kevin is going around not really trusting David. Kevin runs to Dani and tells her the plan but he's thinking that she will break the tie by voting Tyler out, not Ian. Dani tells us she's going to flip all of this around and make David Public Enemy No. 1. Nicole will vote out Ian and it will be blamed on David.

And, we're magically back to the HoH comp in progress. Remember, they were running back and forth across a fake street and building hydrant puzzles.

MEMPHIS WINS HOH!

He tells us he wants to target someone who's been in his sights for a while. David is pretty sure it's him as Memphis targeted him in his first HOH.

Memphis thinks this HoH needs to be perfect as he needs it for his end game plan. Oh, then the David/Nicole Ian vote blows up. Dani wants to flip it all on David as he's on her "hit list." Nicole is the only one other than Dani who knows that Nicole voted Ian out. They work on making David a bigger target.

Kevin is sure David is lying again as he has done before. He points out that only himself, Da'Vonne and Nicole were in on the plan. SOMEONE is lying. And, it's Nicole ... now lying to Kevin, pinning the blame for the vote on David. Da'Vonne is livid at David. She has been his biggest ally and both really want a Black winner. She thinks he's blowing it and is an idiot.

Da'Vonne confronts David. He keeps telling her the truth which she is sure is a lie. Now David is upset and yelling. Dani, not near him, is smug about the screaming. "It's not fair," he pouts from the Diary Room.

Kevin talks to David once again. David explains he was set up. He thinks Nicole is working with Dani and they didn't want Tyler to go. Kevin thinks that there might be a small chance that Nicole voted for Ian to go.

Fodder time. Taco night. Memphis bursts in and calls them all to the living room. Have Nots time! Only two this week because Ian is gone. Da'Vonne chooses Christmas. David, Cody. Christmas fusses at Day saying she should have picked Kevin; she said she would choose Kevin. Heh.

Dani, Nicole and Christmas are in the HoH tub. They make a final three pact. Nicole falls getting out of the tub.

No one really knows who Memphis will nominate. David thinks the "others" are just playing them, he thinks Day will see the truth when it's all over.

Memphis tells us he wants David out and the only way to do so is to backdoor him. He proposes a deal that David will not use the veto if he plays for it and wins. He cannot tell anyone. Shake his hand and he won't be on the block. David shakes. Outplayed once again.

Time for the nominations. Memphis has kept all in the dark about his plans. He nominates Da'Vonne, then Kevin. He tells them the veto is the most powerful power in the house, it's the game. He tells us both are pawns and he will backdoor David. David tells us that if he wins veto, he will save one of them.

BB22: Live Feeds into Saturday Evening, POV - Sept. 19

One of them has a felony arrest

Here's the latest from inside thatBig Brother House of Germy Gerbils:

  • Oh, it's Christmas with her domestic violence felony arrest. She should never have been cast again with that in her background. David, the Black dude, has a clean record. While I don't think he should have been cast on an All Stars season, he would be eligible to enter the house, methinks.
  • There have been some STUFF goin' on which might indicate halfway decent live feeds for a while if they don't keep blocking stuff.
  • Yesterday before nominations Memphis kept telling his allies that he has a plan. But he wouldn't say what said plan is.
  • He made a deal with David that he wouldn't put him on the block if David won the veto and promised not to use it.
  • Hmm.
  • Then he nominated Da'Vonne and Kevin for eviction.
  • But THEN he told THEM he has a plan but did not detail.
  • His big plan is to take one of them down and blindside David.
  • Say what?
  • You heard me.
  • Thinking back, he wanted David out the first week and has been being nasty to and about him all along.
  • I agree with Memphis that David shouldn't be in the house -- he never even really played the game before.
  • BUT ... the animosity Memphis shows towards him is bizarre.
  • Tyler told Cody that Memphis told him, Dani and Nicole to throw the veto so he could backdoor David.
  • Oh. And ... shhh ... it's a secret.
  • Now Cody talked to Tyler and they think that Memphis would be foolish to leave a working together duo together just to get a single player out. But Cody is well onto the blindside David bit and just needs to convince Tyler.
  • However, Cody is off base on the WHY Memphis is doing it.
  • Tlere thinks Dani is leading an all women alliance and got into Memphis's head.
  • He believes that Dani (and thus Memphis) want to save Da'Vonne.
  • Tyler is sure that Da'Vonne wants to target him.
  • Meanwhile, Nicole is sticking to her lie about the Ian vote and Day/Kevin still think David is lying when he insists he voted to keep Ian.
  • When it came time for the veto player picks, both Kevin and Da'Vonne got Houseguest's Choice chips.
  • They chose Dani and Nicole.
  • Oh, not because they like them. It's because they're weak at comps.
  • Memphis drew Tyler.
  • Now, if Tyler wins the veto, will he use it? Or will he throw the veto just so he doesn't have to cross Memphis?
  • And, Cody is saying that if David goes up, they should vote to keep him.
  • Oh my. What a mess.
  • At least it might be better than watching the paint dry if the Committee has a meltdown!
  • The feeds have been blocked for the PoV comp.
  • Overhead drone photos of the yard show that it's a maze comp.
  • The suspense is killing me.
  • I think I have to go eat ice cream to calm my nerves.
  • And ... we have a winner.
  • TYLER won the PoV.
  • Memphis is telling Day and Kevin that he obviously didn't throw the comp like he asked him to do, but thinks Tyler has no reason to want to keep David.
  • The plot thickens.

I just can't with her hair ... ever!

Will he lead a mutiny?

What? I'm a blindside plan?

BB22: Live Feeds into Friday Evening, Nominations - Sept. 18

A Day/Kevin physical kerfuffle?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Failing Ferrets:
  • As you know from my last brief post -- Memphis won the HoH comp.
  • Cody and Christmas are the Have Nots. Cody is mad at Tyler because, when David was looking for a volunteer, Tyler yelled out "Not me, please." So, he chose Cody. Christmas is mad because Da'Vonne had the audacity to choose her. There is no third Have Not as Ian would have made the choice and (wah) he's gone.
  • On a side note: Internet rumors have it that Ian will be the new next door neighbor Julie mentioned at the end of last night's show. It would actually make sense to keep the jury under the "BB Bubble" pandemic-wise. We'll see. Then again, it could be Jesse. (Ick.)
  • There was an incident the other night as Memphis was complaining about David. A feeds cut, possibly due to the conversation on the other feeds, made seem like he MAY have called David a racial slur. I played it over and over again and I think he was actually calling him "an idiot" with the feeds cutting out at a real bad time. CBS has the complete version as well as enhancement tools. Memphis was cleared of saying the slur.
  • I don't like Memphis. But I did think he was just calling David an idiot. Not nice, no. But not a racial slur.
  • Why do my fingers want to type racial slut? Oh noes! I may need help myself!
  • There was yet another incident with David and possibly Memphis after the comp and off feeds. David was talking with Enzo and Enzo mentioned David screaming and "running in." He asked if it was a slur. David mumbled something and the feeds cut. So, we are clueless.
  • Da'Vonne did refer to David as an "Uncle Tom" while talking to Kevin. The feeds didn't cut for that. Probably those with the feeds cut buttons don't know the term.
  • Nicole is walking around lying that she voted to save Ian.
  • So now Kevin and Da'Vonne think David is lying when he told them he voted to save Ian.
  • Stupid Nicole with her spool of lies!
  • Memphis made a deal with David that he won't put him on the block if he promises to not use the PoV if he plays and wins it.
  • They shook on it.
  • Hmm.
  • I don't think I trust either of them.
  • Christmas is sucking up to Memphis.
  • She thinks he's her final two.
  • He also might be thinking of David as a final two.
  • Who knows?
  • According to the preseason pre-gaming rumors, Dan and Derrick would have Memphis and Cody battling it out for the win.
  • The night before last we had a long feeds block for their halfway party.
  • We had no block for Kevin's 41st birthday last night.
  • So, he's about three years older than Memphis?
  • Oy. Memphis is not aging well!
  • What a surprise ... Memphis nominated Da'Vonne and Kevin.

Safe once again

Cleared of suspected slur

EEK!

I'd itch if I was near that hair, too

Just call him Pawn Man

BB22: Live Feeds Bulletin - New HoH - Sept. 18

Well, the live feeds were blocked until past the end of the West Coast airing. This is beyond annoying.

Memphis won HoH. Cody and Christmas are the Have Nots. They are ticked off.

BB22: Live Eviction, HOH Comp Show Blog Party - Sept. 17

Tonight is a big night -- two fan favorites on the block, one will be the first member of the jury. Will it be Ian or Tyler going out the door? Yeah, I know many of the readers here would prefer it being Nicole ... or Memphis ... or Dani ... or Christmas ... or David ... the list goes on.

If you want to doublecheck on your blog pool pick by the esteemed SueGee, you can check on that news right at this here linked post.

I'll be updating this post with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page for the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area. Please join in on the fun!

C'mon Previously On ... let's get to the show!

Day 44, halfway to finale. Could the ultimate pawn be in for the ultimate blindside? Wah! I said the Wah, not Julie.

At least, if the diary segments are truthful, it won't be a ridiculous house vote once again. Of course, Nicole cries. Damn. SHE should be on the block! Ian has to console her? He tells us that he's leery but "no one ever made a dime panicking." He thinks if he can get four votes, Dani will break the tie in his favor. Sigh. Why does he trust Dani?

Da'Vonne tried to get Dani to understand why she saved Kevin. Dani tells us it was a bad move, but she will get Da'Vonne back in the fold. Meanwhile, Dani keeps lying to Ian and he keeps believing her. Dani says she just can't go against the Committee alliance. Well, she could have put Enzo up.

She is truthful when talking to Tyler. She tells us that she is over going after him and needs him in her game ... until she doesn't need him. Tyler thinks she's being honest about this vote, but doesn't trust her past it.

Ian is going around campaigning. Right now he's talking to Memphis. Memphis is honest enough with him and says he thinks Ian is a powerful game player as is Tyler. Ian is coming to the realization that he isn't considered a pawn at all. Nicole, not crying, tells us she has to figure a way to save him. Yeah, right.

Sure, Julie ... focus on Nicole who is likely to betray a dear friend. Da'Vonne and Kevin figure out that Dani actually wants Tyler to stay. Nicole feels she has to check with the Committee before voting to keep Ian. Dani says no to it. We can expect Nicole to cry. Memphis laughs at her. Cody lays down all the times Tyler has worked to keep him THEM safe.

They're editing it like Nicole will vote to save Ian. So, she probably won't. Ian doesn't feel safe. And, he shouldn't. Ian tells her if she doesn't vote to keep him, he won't vote for her to win if it comes to that. He tries to guilt trip Dani, too. Hmm ... not the best strategy, Ian.

Nicole cries again. I wish they'd just get over this stuff and to the actual vote!

Finally ... to the living room.
Ian -- Frustrating, but rewarding, too. I have a lot to give. If I can help your game, leave me in.
Tyler - Infomercials and praises Ian, please keep me, BB changed my life, Angela, blah, blah. Don't be a clown, keep Tyler around.

The votes to evict:
Christmas - Ian
Enzo - Ian
To commercial ...
Da'Vonne - Tyler
Cody - Ian
Kevin - Tyler
Memphis - Ian
David - Tyler
Nicole - Cries, Ian

Five to three, Ian is out. Thanks, Nicole! You keep digging yourself a deeper hole with the fans. Despite all of his threats on the live feeds, he hugs all and leaves quietly.

Looking at the time and the fact they're in athletic clothes, the HoH comp will only start of the show. No mention of live feeds yet. Ian has yet to do his interview with Julie and we have ten minutes left of the show.

Ian was classy and dignified through the interview to the point in which Julie commented how impressed she is with him.

Time for the HoH comp -- Dani does not use her power. Hydrant Hustle. Across the yard, hydrant puzzle pieces, first right wins. Find out who wins on Sunday. It won't be on the live feeds but I will know the result and will post later tonight. Julie tells us next week a BB Legend moves into the house next door. Hmm.

BB22: Live Feeds into Wednesday Afternoon - Sept. 16

Playing with cool camera props

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Blocking B-Words:
  • I took a rest from posting the live feeds yesterday. It's bad enough they rescheduled a television episode to air on my birthday.
  • Although I didn't post, I did watch the feeds on and off during the day and into the night.
  • Well, that is, I watched the crumbs left for us in between feeds blockages.
  • We are missing many strategy talks.
  • We are missing kerfuffles.
  • We are missing rather minor brouhahas.
  • We are missing them talking about what happened that we missed.
  • I guess the person on the switch was napping when we got the Christmas/Bayleigh/Da'Vonne brouhaha.
  • We haven't seen one since.
  • Last night there apparently were blow-ups between David and Ian and Ian and Dani.
  • But did we see them?
  • Nope.
  • Heck, BB gave them almost a glass of wine each last night, then cut the feeds.
  • I'm beginning to wonder if this isn't the beginning of the end of the live feeds or of the show itself.
  • Anyway ... Ian is getting on the nerves of everyone. That is not good for him.
  • He had long talks about his growing up issues with handling failures poorly and being a poor sportsman. It sounds like he has really had some traumatic times over losing. He thinks he's worked on it and has made progress.
  • Yet, we did see he has anger issues when he thinks he's losing.
  • Sigh.
  • While I do think Dani does indeed feel terrible about nominating him, she did it. She needs to own it.
  • While I like Tyler, before the Ian nom, Tyler would definitely go after her and Ian not so much. She realized beforehand that if Ian was on the block with Tyler, it would probably be Tyler staying. This was AFTER she made it clear that Tyler was her target.
  • Silly mean girl.
  • Ian is going around trying to get people to shake on voting to keep him.
  • David kept pushing and pushing him getting Ian to the point of anger.
  • Then David went around saying his intent was to make Ian mad.
  • Dang. Ian would be better off out of this toxic house!
  • Of course, Nicole cried.
  • We knew she would.
  • Enzo seems legitimately torn between Tyler and Ian. I think he seems to have a soft spot for Ian but knows it's a lost cause with the others in the house.
  • Ian thinks he has enough support to force Dani to break a tie.
  • I don't think he has.
  • And, if he has, would she break it in his favor?
  • Probably for her game's sake, no.
  • She really should have put Christmas or Memphis up against Tyler. She claimed that Tyler was her target so she put up someone with almost no allies with him.
  • Shame on her.
You reap what you sow

She's proud of her head contraption

Ian is being duped by them

Yes, he is indeed expendable

Guaranteed to target Dani

Enzo really likes Ian ... hmm ...

BB22: Power of Veto Blog Party - Sept. 15

Good evening! I hope most folks realize that the show is on tonight rather than its usual Wednesday night slot. If not, may they enjoy country music tomorrow night!

I'll be updating this entry with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments section -- please join in on the fun!

Previously on and all that comes with it ...

Okay, we're to the point when Dani nominated David and Kevin. Let's get to it!

Dani tells us of the two, she would prefer David go home. If one is saved with the veto, she MIGHT go after Tyler. He isn't feeling safe. David tells us he will be using his power.

Oh, yes! I forgot from last year -- David is the one who can fake cry real tears! He goes into his act and cries first to Da'Vonne. Cody and Memphis don't want Tyler to go up as any kind of replacement, neither does Enzo who thinks of Tyler as a shield. They know Dani wants to get Tyler out.

A female heckling voice pipes through the house calling them all to the dining room: "The Disruptor Power has been unleashed!" It's followed with an evil laugh.

David is saved and pretends he wasn't expecting it. Dani must name a renom immediately and puts Tyler on the block. Poor Dani. Heh. She's freaking out. Kevin is upset because he thinks Tyler will win veto.

Dani thinks she needs to convince Tyler she wants him to stay and put him up in a moment of panic. Tyler tells us he's not buying it. She thinks he can win the veto. Tyler brings up that Kevin might win the veto and then who will she replace him with?

David (foolishly) goes around the house to see who saved him. That makes no sense as you know that they all know he would be the only one to save himself. They are not fooled. I don't know why he's doing it. Da'Vonne tells us he's just being weird.

Christmas is Dani's chosen pawn if someone comes off the block. Christmas isn't happy as she too is in the alliance.

Nicole shunned her Slopitard.

Veto picks -- Dani got Da'Vonne, Tyler got Ian and Kevin got Enzo.

Dani tells Da'Vonne to please win the comp as she wants the nominations to stay the same.

Veto comp -- Microbrews -- they have to take a teletransporter . The veto comp is being held in the living room. How odd is that?

They have to stack 15 microbrews into a pyramid using giant tweezers. The microbrews are tiny. The rest of the hamsters are watching them on the screen in the HoH room and Nicole is hosting.

DA'VONNE WINS THE POWER OF VETO! Her first win!

Dani hopes Day will keep her promise. Kevin hopes she will use it to save him. Tyler thinks he needs to rethink his strategy. Day tells us she promised Dani only because she's never won a comp and didn't think she'd win.

Kevin and Da'vonne talk. Should she save him with the veto? They are close. She goes to talk to Dani and tells her she's thinking of using the veto on Kevin because there's a "big ass" alliance in the house and she's not a part of it.

Dani goes to Christmas trying to decide what to do if the veto is used. Christmas says her only options are Ian or Enzo. She just cannot put up another member of the Committee alliance. Woe is her.

Dani tells Cody that her only option is Ian. She tells him that she wants Tyler out. He doesn't.

She tells Nicole about Ian being the only option -- everyone else would be unhappy with her. Nicole, of course, has her own alliance with Ian and doesn't want him to go home. Or, actually to jury now.

Dani tries to put pressure on Day to not save Kevin. After all, she can do more for Day in the game than Kevin can. Also, showing her closeness with Kevin will be a detriment to her game. Sheesh.

Time for the veto meeting. Da'Vonne uses the veto to save Kevin. Dani, reluctantly, puts Ian up in his place. She tells them she needs the 'ultimate pawn" and she wants Tyler to go home this week. So, it's Ian and Tyler on the block.

BB22: Live Feeds into Monday Afternoon, PoV Meeting - Sept. 14

Sharing a 'do with Tyler today

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Terrible Turtles:

  • Sigh, I try not to be the one whining.
  • But, this year, the feeds blocks are much too much.
  • Apparently there was another wall shouter yesterday evening.
  • Those in the yard didn't hear it. Enzo even thought they called an indoor lockdown due to fires.
  • I haven't heard them complaining of the smoke, but would think there has to be at least some smell in the air there.
  • I found it interesting that one hamster (Cody?) said they have an armed guard on set.
  • Oh my.
  • Nonetheless, a wall shouter not heard by anyone, hamster or feeds watcher, does not or should not necessitate a shut down of the live feeds for hours and hours.
  • They were down well into the night, almost to the dawn here on the East Coast.
  • I'm disgusted with the live feeds coverage this season. Or, more accurately, the lack thereof. It's almost as if they're not pushing the feeds as they have done for years.
  • Anyway ... the POV meeting went down fairly early (for them) today.
  • Da'Vonne used the veto to save Kevin.
  • Dani replaced Kevin with Ian.
  • So, it's Ian and Tyler on the block -- two of the players I actually wanted to watch play the game this season.
  • With Kevin on the block, it was likely that Tyler might be sent packing.
  • He's already had a hissy fit claiming if he's sent to jury he's just going to leave and forfeit any monies.
  • Hmm.
  • Ian has also voiced that he wants to go home.
  • Watching their talks since the veto meeting, it seems now it should be Ian leaving on Thursday.
  • David told Da'Vonne that Ian acts like he and Kevin are dumb.
  • No one really knows Ian's gameplay.
  • He has no real close allies other than Nicole and Nicole is more attached to him than he to her.
  • He is one of the two previous winners in this house of supposed all stars.
  • It looks like Tyler is now out of the crosshairs and Ian is the target.
  • Sigh.
  • Unless things change, it will be Ian leaving.
  • In a way, it might be best for him. He would be out of the house of stress where people are mocking him for his autism. He has voiced hope that Kaysar might get him a job. I can see Kaysar doing that if he can.
  • But if he leaves, that would leave me with just a few I actually like to watch on the live feeds -- Da'Vonne and Enzo.
  • Oh, well.

Oh, Da'Vonne, what have you done?

Schemes more than he plays

Yo, Bayonne, what up?

See! It's Christmas hair!

BB22: HoH Finish and Nominations Show Blog Party - Sept. 13

It seems so long ago and far away. The gap between shows and the actual live in house happenings is never longer than it is when the live feeders already know who won HOH, who won POV, etc. when the show hasn't even finished the HoH comp! Please, no spoilers about things not shown on the show in the comments here! I will remove spoiler comments!

Also remember -- The show will air Tuesday at 8pm ET/PT this week instead of Wednesday. There is a music awards show scheduled for Wednesday.

I will be updating this entry with the major happenings as the show airs here on the East Coast. Refresh the page to get the latest news! As always, the real party is in the comments area -- please feel free to join in on the fun!

Previously on is on. We pick up the action with the HoH comp in motion. Remember, the first three who fall will be this week's Have Nots.
We see Christmas apologize to Da'Vonne, who tells her that she will be safe if Da'Vonne wins HoH. Da'Vonne tells us the first opportunity, Christmas will be gone. We're seeing more Diary Room segments on how they want to win or not win. Dani says she doesn't want to win, just wants to outlast Tyler because she thinks he is coming after her.

Christmas is being annoying shouting out direction to the ones on the wall. Eep. Da'Vonne fell first.

Enzo is being typically Enzo, clowning around. David down. Ian down. So -- Da'Vonne, David and Ian are the Have Nots. Memphis dropped immediately once the Have Not slots were filled.

Enzo is out. Kevin down. Tyler out in a flip dismount. Dani had been waiting him out. She tells us that she wanted to stay in a while longer so it wouldn't be obvious. Cody tells he doesn't want to win this one, let them get blood on their hands. Nicole, after making too many orgasm sounds, falls. Then Cody goes down.

DANI IS THE NEW HOH.

While she's excited about the letters from home and such that go with the HOH win, she really doesn't look forward to nominations. After all, she's pretty much aligned (although planting seeds behind backs) with just about everybody in the house. Da'Vonne wants to push the Tyler target. She talks to a confused David. He reminds up he has the Disruptor Power which allows him to take a nominee off the block. He hasn't told anyone.

Kevin is worried because, while he really likes Dani, he has no idea where her head is at game-wise. Da'Vonne suggests her putting Christmas up. Of course, Da'Vonne will be okay with anyone who is not Da'Vonne. Cody points out that the only two Dani doesn't have an alliance with are David and Kevin. She tells him that she thinks Tyler is coming after her. He doesn't think it's time to go for him yet.

Cody seems to want Tyler to stick around as a shield and bigger threat than he himself is in the game. So, he pushes Dani for the Kevin/David nominations and hope no one gets saved.

A pranking and Dani scaring Cody segment with Day abetting. Back to Kevin worrying as he talks to Dani. He thinks he's a bad representation of the LBGTQ Community because he acts too feminine.

Tyler talks to Dani. He wants to smooth over the rough patch but would understand if she wants to put him up. He thinks it will weaken the alliance and not be a good game move at this time. Is she convinced? Hmm.

Dani talks to Nicole about going after Tyler. Nicole tries to talk her out of it because of the alliance. She thinks it's too soon. Then Kevin comes to visit her again. She tells him she's scared of the power, trusts him and he would be a pawn. She asks him how he would feel if she promised he'd be safe. He tells her that others might think of him as expendable and is worried about being a pawn. Dani tells us that "everyone" wants Kevin and David on the block.

She makes an agreement with Tyler that they won't go after the Committee and he amends it to not going after her until the final four.

Time for nominations. Dani first nominates Kevin, then David. She says she doesn't want to crush anyone's dreams but they don't really talk game with.

David tells us it's time to disrupt the house.

We won't see him use the power or the aftermath until the TUESDAY show.

BB22: Live Feeds into Saturday Afternoon, PoV Results - Sept. 12

Rather glum, don't you think?

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Harried Hamsters:

  • First, I need to mention something that went down last night after I last posted.
  • Now, this happened off camera so I don't know whose version to believe.
  • I've heard Memphis say before that production told him it was okay to intimidate people.
  • David, rather foolishly as no one but himself would save himself, has denied that he used a power to remove himself from the block.
  • Yes, if I were a fellow house hamster, I'd doubt his story, too.
  • BUT ... supposedly Memphis came along and hit (whatever) David on the shoulder telling him to 'fess up and admit he had and used a power.
  • In the retelling of the tale with Dani, Enzo, Cody present, Cody has him really hitting David hard and being very scary. Dani showed what Memphis told her he did as a friendly little shoulder tap and a gentle pleading voice to confess. Enzo says it was actually something in between.
  • No matter what way, Memphis should not be allowed to intimidate people.
  • Oh. And David is stupid not to just go ahead and admit it.
  • Today's veto players are Dani, Tyler and Kevin (HOH and the two nominees) and the randomly selected players Da'Vonne, Ian and Enzo.
  • Da'Vonne won the Power of Veto -- comp blocked to the live feeds, of course.
  • I can't help but giggle a bit that Dani's HoH has turned into a bit of a feces-show!
  • Heh.
  • First, she nominated Kevin and David.
  • David saved himself with his secret BB Basement power.
  • So, Dani had to nominate a third person even before veto.
  • Now, with Da'Vonne winning the PoV and being a tight ally of Kevin's, it's very likely she will use it to save him.
  • I know that others will try to convince her that it will be Tyler leaving, not Kevin.
  • But, will she take that chance with one of her few allies?
  • I don't think so.
  • If she saves Kevin, Dani's choices are limited.
  • She could put Christmas up (as a pawn?) but will she take a chance on a woman leaving?
  • Or, she could put Ian up. If it's Ian and Tyler on the block, I could see Ian leaving.
  • I don't want that to happen.
  • Pretty much everyone else who's not already safe (David, Kevin if he's saved) is in her alliance.
  • I would love for her to take the move and put Memphis up or Christmas. I'd rather either of them leave over Tyler or Ian.
  • I suppose she could put up Enzo thinking Tyler would go.
  • Heck, I'd rather Kevin leave over Tyler or Ian. But Da'Vonne will do whatever she feels is right with the veto. And, I believe that will be to save Kevin.
  • The veto meeting isn't until Monday.
  • What a quandary ...

I be cool. I used my power!

I WON MY FIRST VETO EVER!

They said I could intimidate people.

I should still be safe.
