BB25: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Sept. 6

 Good evening!

Tonight is the Veto comp episode. We have Cameron and Red on the block. Will someone win the veto and actually use it to save one of the nominees? Ohh ... the suspense! (Well, if you don't follow the live feeds, there is suspense! Shh ... don't tell!)

I will be live blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast. I'll be updating regularly -- please refresh the page to get the latest updates. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

As usual, I'm sitting through the "Previously on" segment.

We pick up the action at the end of the nomination ceremony. Jared tells us Cameron is his target. He doesn't trust him and wants revenge for him putting Blue on the block last week. Red is feeling hurt by Cameron's betrayal. Jag is happy to be back but concerned about the unanimous vote ousting him. He is worried about how much Cirie can be trusted yet wants to work with her.

Cirie gives Red some consolation. We see Red cry ... again. Cirie doesn't want Cameron to win the veto. Matt had told her that Cam is trying to form an alliance without her.

To Jared talking with Cam in the HOH room. Jared tells him he would take him down if he wins but tells us the opposite. Cam thinks Red is the target.

Cory talks to Jared. Cory reminds us that he and Jared made a final two early. He thinks he can talk strategy with him. Jared tells us he considers Cory his final four after Mom, Izzy and Blue. (That's five!) Cory tells us he wants to keep America because she's more loyal to him than anyone else. Jared thinks she's throwing comps. He thinks she threw the Pressure Cooker. He lasted an hour and change, first out. She was there almost 14 hours!

Time to pick the players for the veto comp. Jared does not want America to get picked. He draws Felicia. Red gets America. (Heh.) Cameron draws Houseguest Choice and chooses Matt because he's part of the Legend 25 alliance.

Jared is freaking out about America possibly throwing the comp to Izzy and Cory. A lot of gall he has! Cory is upset. Jared tells him that he will put her up. Cory tells him he's freaking out over nothing. Jared is strong to his opinions to the point of stupidity Cory tells us.

Cory talks to America. He tells her she has to try her hardest in the comp. She wants to know why when she's been trying her hardest. He tells her Jared thinks she will throw the comp and will support Cam. She is angry.

Time for the veto comp! BB ComicsVerse! It's the stacking tiny things with a tweezer comp. Barrels of toxic sludge, stack 36 with 8 on the bottom row. Sludge Stackers! The others are watching the action in the living room screen. America is in the lead at least for now. Looks like Jared is doing the worst. Heh. Cam is moving up in rank. Red is not doing well with it. Whoops ... Cam was almost done and most of his stack fell over. Now Matt is in the lead. Oops! Cam and America are in the lead, about matched.

CAMERON wins the Power of Veto! No one in the living room is happy but have to act it when they announce it.

Red doesn't want to go home on his birthday week. Jared has to decide who to put on the block next to Red.

Felicia and Cirie are discussing who can sit next to Red. Felicia says Red is the target. They try to figure the votes for America, Bowie Jane. America walks in and knows they all quieted when she entered. They try to get her in the conversation and suggest her as a pawn next to Red. She decides to talk to Jared.

Blue and Jared are both in the HOH room when America comes in. Jared calls her bro and tells her she threw the Pressure Cooker. Blue doesn't look happy and Jared asks her to leave the room. Jared tells America that he heard she would put up Izzy or Felicia. America tells us that those two and Jared better watch it if she wins HOH. She knows Cory had to tell him.

The chillbillies are out at the hot tub. Red thinks it's a bad week, partially due to Cam. Cam wants him to explain. Red tells him he thinks he does know. Cam thinks Red broke up with him.

Red talks to Cirie, Felicia and Izzy. Cirie thinks it might be a good idea to keep Red -- she knows he trusts her. Bowie Jane suggests America. What about Jag? Cirie thinks that if she had been voted out 10-0 she would have hard feelings. What about Jag? They decide Jag has to go.

Cirie talks to Jared about it. Cirie tells Jared that Matt will never desert his number one Jag. Therefore Jared must become Matt's number one. Jared tells us he never trusted Jag since he lied to him. But he's "sussed out about America" and must decide what's best for himself.

Jag wants to talk with the Seven Deadly Sins and wants to work with them. Izzy suggests America but they could keep her. Jag claims no one would be upset with America. Jag says he doesn't want to be a pawn. Jag tells them he would be down for it as the others won't suspect he's working with them.

Time for the veto meeting. Cam removes himself from the block. Jared puts Jag up in his place. He claims it's what's best for himself moving forward. Red feels pretty secure. So does Jag. One will be surprised. Cirie tells us she's been cleaning up Jared's messes for 25 years and getting rid of Jag is one of them. Matt wants to make sure Jag is safe.

BB25: Live Feeds into Monday Afternoon, Veto Meeting - Sept. 4

Bowie's age lie is not working.

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Wacky Wackadoodles:
  • The PoV Meeting went down, blocked to the live feeds, of course.
  • No real surprises.
  • Cameron took himself off the block.
  • Jared put up Jag in his place. So, it's Red and Jag on the block.
  • They are trying to give both the impression that they're pawns.
  • Yeah, like that will work.
  • Jared is studying with Izzy.
  • Izzy knows the days, weeks, what happened, etc. inside and out.
  • Jared not so much.
  • Jared is also talking with Jag about working next week to get Cameron out.
  • @@
  • They did get one box of cake mix to make Red a birthday cake. Felicia says they need three.
  • Nothing much really going on.
  • It looks like the vote will be to re-evict Jag.
  • However, lots of waffling can be done between now and Thursday.

Clandestine meeting on the down low?

Keeping track?

If he makes it to final two, he will win.

I know Meme has game in her!

BB25: Live Feeds into Saturday Afternoon, PoV Winner - Sept. 2

I can only shake my head at Jared.

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Froot Loop Dinguses:

  • Now, this should have been a simple week.
  • But, no. If they don't have chaos, they apparently have no clue what to do.
  • First off, we have Jag, Cory and America wanting to quietly create an uprising against the powers that be.
  • Jag told Matt about that one.
  • Then, with Cameron and Red on the block, the latter all teary eyed and miserable about it, the veto players were chosen.
  • Playing veto, we have Jared, Red, Cameron with America, Matt and Felicia. Blue will host.
  • Jared is freaking out to Cory about America playing veto. He's sure she always throws comps -- yeah, that's how she lasted over 13 hours in the Pressure Cooker while he was first out at an hour and something.
  • He thinks she will throw it and Cameron might win! Oh noes!
  • If he's that worried about it, he should be determined he himself will win.
  • And he needn't go off on Cory about her.
  • He even called America a slur used towards people with diminished mental capacity.
  • Nope, she's a heck of a lot brighter than Jared. We're talking Brown University versus a high school education. Not that I make assumptions about smarts with college backgrounds. But Jared does not come off as Mr. Intelligent to me and to be casting slurs about America? So out of pocket on that one.
  • Anyone Jared can complain to about America, he does.
  • Last night he got all kinda comfy talking with Cameron in the HOH room. I honestly think if Cirie weren't in the game, Cameron would be Jared's main man in the house. They seem to think alike on a lot of matters. I don't find that a good thing.
  • Cirie is doing up Cameron, Red and Matt's hair for the comp. Oh my.
  • As I write this up, the feeds are blocked for the veto comp.
  • I will get the winner's name and hopefully a screen cap of the necklace and then post this.
  • It could be hours.
  • I have the feeds minimized with the theme music low. Once the music stops and I hear voices, I know they're back.
  • Uh-oh ... sounds like Cameron won the Power of Veto!
  • Yep, it's Cameron.
  • Cirie wants to get Cam to save Red with the veto (remember, they have Cam convinced that he's a pawn) because it's Red's birthday and he's all kinds of depressed and such. Then, Jag would go up in Red's place and go home (like he should have gone last week).
  • But in actuality, they really just want Cam to save Red with the veto so that Cam himself remains on the block and gets voted out.
The more they make her the enemy,
the more she will be the enemy.

Trusts Cirie but hasn't reported back on all.

I like what Cirie did to his hair.

BB25: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Aug. 30

Good evening! I hope those blog readers in Florida have made it through the hurricane okay!

Tonight is the Veto comp episode. We have Jag and Blue on the block. Will someone win the veto and actually use it to save one of the nominees? Ohh ... the suspense! (Well, if you don't follow the live feeds, there is suspense!)

I will be live blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast. I'll be updating regularly -- please refresh the page to get the latest updates. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Once again I will sit through the "Previously on" segment. I mean, how many times can we see Hisam evicted?

Hints that Jared may spill his big secret as well as a duo round-up and mistrust of Izzy. We pick up the action as the Nominations Ceremony ends. Cameron tells us that he has a plan if the veto is used. Would that be Izzy? Cirie is thinking Cam is staying in with the fake alliance they set up.

Blue is teary speaking to Jared about being on the block ... especially with Jag. Cory tells America that he has a secret. The fact that his brother was on Survivor and voted out in 17th place. Heh. America decides to tell him her secret ... Brown University, biology. Cory decides he wants to go deep into the game with her.

Red and Cameron talk about (the fake) Legend 25 Alliance. Cameron thinks that he and Red are the low ones on the power totem pole. Again, Izzy is the target of their conversation. Cameron tells Red that Izzy is his backdoor option. Cam doesn't like the trio of Cirie, Felicia and especially Izzy.

Jag's chicken costume punishment is over. He takes the costume off in the backyard in a fun chicken strip show.

To Jared and Blue now. (Ew.) He tells US that he wants to give Blue a half-truth to test her trust. He tells her ... what if I'm related to Mama Felicia? He refuses to promise or pinky-swear. She tells us that someone might be related. She thinks it's more likely that it could be Cirie. He has dropped many clues, even his mother has been on Survivor four times.

Cameron tells Matt that he's his boy and he will never leave him behind. He wants to test Matt's level of trust. He talks of three people being very tight and "we're" expendable. Cam tells Matt not to tell about his proposed new alliance. Matt runs to Cirie about Cam's new alliance plans. Matt really wants to work with Cirie.

Cory and America's flirtmance continues. They went under the covers and Izzy thinks they should throw condoms at them. But the condoms have are missing. They know someone must have used them! Jared ...? Blue ...?

Time to pick the Veto players! Cameron draws Houseguest Choice and goes for Red. Blue draws Jared. Jag draws Mecole. Mecole tells us she wants both of them to stay on the block. Cirie doesn't want Jared to use the veto if he wins because she thinks one of them will go on the block.

Time for the veto comp! It's all set up as the Temple of Power. It's a ComicVerse comp. Ancient riddle, balance artifacts on the pillars to match the artifact weights to reveal letters and unscramble the letters revealed to solve the riddle. Fastest time wins.

Blue is up first. She gets the word Golden and is happy with her time. Cameron up next. He tells us he doesn't want to win due to increased target; he wants Red to win. Mecole next. The letters kept falling off the wall costing her time. Jared next. He has trouble coming up with the word "golden." Red next. He goes through it quickly. Jag is up. He went through with one hiccup on the artifact weighing bit.

The results: Top Three times -- 3. 3:18 Cam, 2. 2:41 Jag, 1. 2:20 Red.

RED wins the Power of Veto!

Blue and Jag are both sad. They decide they each have to advocate for themselves. Blue is teary-eyed in the Diary Room and thinks highly of Jag. They hug.

Meanwhile, Cam and Red are celebrating in the HOH room. Cam thinks they can keep the noms the same or take one down to shake up the house. Cam tells Red putting up Izzy would be "one hell of a move."

Time for the veto meeting. Red doesn't use the veto. Jag and Blue remain on the block. We get the obligatory Diary Room bits from Jag and Blue. Jag will unleash the Turbinator. Cam thinks not using it keeps them in the favor of their larger alliance.

We get a teaser for the Super Power to be revealed tomorrow on the live show.

BB25: Live Feeds into Monday Evening - Aug. 28

One is studly, the other is Red.

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Blue's Clues:

  • I know, I know. I didn't tell you whether Red used the veto or not.
  • Of course not.
  • Why would he?
  • So, Blue and Jag remain on the block.
  • The yard is open today.
  • So, there has been a lot of lazing around.
  • There seem to have been a lot of Diary Room calls. I don't know if they have anything to do with the America's vote Power of Invincibility or not.
  • Do you think America got America's Vote? Heh.
  • Felicia is cooking the supper tonight.
  • Red seems to think it's his right to life in the house -- cooking.
  • Waffling started rather early this week. Perhaps it's because everyone figured that Red would not use the veto.
  • Red and Cameron still want Jag out.
  • Cirie and company decided they would prefer Jag stay.
  • But then they circled back around a bit to maybe keeping Blue.
  • Izzy pointed out that if they keep Blue, they might lose Cory.
  • Cirie mentioned that, if Red wins HOH this week, they could use a stronger player in the game. Red and Cameron kept talking about taking out the stronger players.
  • Jag, Cory and Matt are considered stronger players even though Matt has yet to win a comp. Cory and Jared have come close to winning.
  • Blue, with the exception of her dancing through several hours of the Pressure Cooker, is in no way a comp beast.
  • Jag, Cory and Matt would be good competitors to go against Red and Cameron in comps.
  • Hmm.
  • Then there's that pesky Jared/Blue thing.
  • I swear she can't that oblivious to a huge thing like Jared's mother in the house.
  • I'm thinking that maybe she thought he was joking and didn't realize he spilled huge beans.
  • When Blue was talking to Felicia and Cirie (his moms), she said ... get this ... she would send Jared packing on her HOH.
  • Say what?
  • Okay, more ammunition to keep Jag.
  • The votes they have for sure to keep him: Cirie, Felicia, Mecole, Matt, Cory ... they need one more.
  • Cirie is working on Jared. It's possible that America might go for it.
  • They are afraid to ask Bowie as she seems pretty solid with Red/Cameron.
  • Of course, it's only Monday.
  • Lots of waffles could be served before Thursday.
  • Plus, that America's Vote thing will come to play Thursday night.
  • Izzy did get one guess right ... she thinks that Bowie is lying about her age and has to be over 40!
  • Hmm. I might be wrong about Blue. All of a sudden she's spending more time with Cirie and Felicia, talking about how good Jared was raised and all. Red flags there, Cirie!
  • Laters!

What am I doing in this handbasket?

Cirie herself is safe as Red & Cam adore her.

Making friends and influencing people.

Doing much better than his Survivor brother.

Look! No bangs curler!

BB25: Live Feeds, PoV Comp Saturday - Aug. 26

Mama's Boy

Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Adoptable Animals:

  • Remember, Cam knows what he's doing.
  • The Have Nots are indeed eating PB&J this week as a throwback to early seasons. To me, that would be the week I volunteer.
  • Now I wish the old food comps would return!
  • The veto picks went down this morning. In addition to Cameron, Jag and Blue -- it's Red, Mecole and Jared.
  • Cameron got Houseguest Choice and chose his best bromance bud Red. Blue actually drew Jared's chip from the bag.
  • Izzy is dizzy because she's heard that if either of the nominees come off the block, she'll be the renom.
  • She's even suspicious about Cam choosing her to host the comp.
  • Me? I'd prefer Jag win veto, come off the block, anyone else go up and Blue goes home.
  • Of the two, Jag is Cameron's target.
  • Jag is my blog pool hamster. I will admit that me drawing any player in my own blog pool means that person is doomed. Sorry, Jag.
  • Matt gave up his secret, although I would think they would all assume he could -- he told Jared he can read lips.
  • He also told Jared that Cameron, Red and Bowie are working together they want him to work with them.
  • But, Matt now has a soft spot for Cirie and I doubt that will change.
  • Cameron thinks this week is supposed to be fun and chill.
  • Um. Maybe for him, but no week is all fun and chill when people go on the block and get the boot. If that were the case, there would be no point to the show.
  • The feeds were blocked at around 4PM EDT for the comp and right now I'm just waiting them out so I can post the winner.
  • And waiting.
  • And waiting.
  • At a bit after 9PM EDT, the feeds came back.
  • Cameron won veto.
  • Sigh.
  • Apparently, Jag ALMOST won but they weren't playing horseshoes.
  • UPDATE: It was RED who won the veto, not Cameron.
  • When the feeds returned after the comp, Cirie and company were saying Cameron won. However, they apparently were being sarcastic because they know whatever Cameron wants Red will do.
  • But Red won the veto, not Cameron.
Loyal to Cirie now?

Do not put huge rollers in their hair.

She thinks she's such an influencer

Uh-oh. Blue has been an influence!

BB25: Power of Veto Show Live Blog and Party - Aug. 23

Good evening! I hope everyone is well. Again, I want to thank all those who have made donations to the blog. I've found that the Buy Me a Coffee link makes it hard to send thank you notes. So, thanks go out to Judi, Kim, Penny, CherryPie, Sharon M, Connie and Caela. I'm still getting ones from outside of the USA coming in as failed. If anyone reading this sent in a failed donation, I do appreciate the effort!

Tonight is the Veto comp episode. We have Jag and Cameron on the block. Will one be saved? Some of us might already know, but ... shhh. Let them show it on the show!

I will be live blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast. I'll be updating regularly -- please refresh the page to get the latest updates. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Sitting through the previously on segment.

We open the action with the nomination ceremony ending. Felicia is dead set on backdooring Hisam. Cameron and Jag are in on the plan. We see all the fake BB hugs after the ceremony. I just couldn't do that. Hisam thinks he can relax now. He thinks no one wants to target him.

Felicia told everyone about the backdoor Hisam plan. Well, everyone except Red because she thinks he might tell Hisam. Of course, Hisam doesn't know about it.

Blue is sad about Jag being on the block and cries to Hisam about it. But, nope ... she tells us it's all an act.

Oh, geez. Blue and America are going to make Cory release his inner fashionista. Heh. He's all in pink Womens' clothes. He is taking it well. I bet his Survivor brother is jealous!

Felicia, Izzy and Hisam are talking. Hisam doesn't want to play for veto as he has won too much already and feels safe with the Professors. He just wants to enjoy this week. Izzy wants to play.

Mecole is going crazy with all the talking and sometimes even the subject matter. She goes to the storage room to vent to herself. Then there's all the crying. Poor Mecole. I can identify with her on this!

Cameron goes and tells Red, the only one not knowing about the Hisam backdoor plan. He wants Red to know that he's his number one. Red thought it was earlier than he thought and is not comfortable about his own alliance planning it without him knowing. He wants to talk to Felicia.

She tells him Jag is the target. He throws Hisam's name out there just to see his reaction. She tells us someone had to tell him. She asks him what he thinks of the move. He seems on board. Cirie and Bowie Jane are also in the room. Red tells us he agrees with the plan but feels left out of the alliance.

Red tells us he wants Cameron to come into the Professors alliance. He tells all to Cameron. Oy. He tells us he will be happy to take that spot.

To the Blue/Jared showmance. Cirie is NOT happy. She lets him know.

Time to pick players for the veto comp! Felicia draws Houseguest's Choice chip and chooses Izzy. Cameron draws Houseguest's Choice, too. He goes for Red. Jag draws Cory. Of those, only Cameron has played a veto comp before.

The veto comp-- a chicken coop set-up, a pool of green sludge. It's the ComicVerse. Winner will be the next Humanimal. Go through sludge, lay an egg roughly by doing the Chicken Dance. Transfer a dozen eggs. Winner will be CockadoodleZoom (?) the rest of the week. Red braided his beard for the comp. They get covered with goop of their own individual colors while laying the eggs.

Jag wins the Power of Veto!

Felicia thinks the plan is all coming together.

Uh-oh. Jag gets his Cockadoodle Zoom costume. It is the best chicken costume BB has ever had. He makes a rap for it.

Hisam tells Felicia that Matt should go up in Jag's place. She rather noncommittally says Matt or Blue. He warns her against putting Blue up. He insists it needs to be Matt. "Do you go after a king or a knight?" he asks Izzy. Izzy tells Cirie, Felicia and MATT. Now Felicia is talking about using that line in the veto meeting.

Time for the veto meeting. As expected, Jag saves himself. Felicia nominates Hisam with his own words ... taking out a king. She puts him up as the renomination. He looks shocked. Everybody is subdued. Hisam looks almost catatonic. Cameron feels safe. Matt calls it payback. Hisam tells us it's shocking. He vows guilt as revenge.

We get the pressure cooker comp tease again for tomorrow night!

BB25: Veto Meeting Over Bulletin - Aug. 21

Why she wears a hair roller ...

Thanks to a commenter here on the blog I found the history/mystery behind Blue's silly bangs hair roller. It's a new Korean Gen Z thing as described in this article. I guess we did silly things at that age.

But that's probably not what you came here for. We had an extended We'll Be Right Back Nether Region blockage (ew!). Apparently there may have been problems with the signal or power with the adoptable animals feed. Then the volume increased (they really need to check that!) and we got the adoptable animals. When the feeds finally came back after HOURS ... Hisam is on the block in Jag's place. He thinks he will look like an absolute moron. He's been honest and open with them, they will see.

UPDATE: Whoa, they are talking about Security being called in. Oh my. Ah, not as exciting as it sounds. Bowie Jane and Izzy were talking about it. It sounds like they were just there as stand by in case of problems.

Not taking it well

Matt's hat and sunglasses make a creepy face!

BB25: Live Feeds - We Have a Veto Winner - Aug. 19

The live feeds were blocked to both the veto picks and the comp.

Veto players were Felicia, Jag and Cameron with picks of Cory, Izzy and Red. Bowie hosted.

When the feeds returned after the comp, Jag was wearing the veto necklace and a big Santa hat over his turban. He was all gooey and took an outdoor shower. The plan is in motion.

Showering off the goo

BB25: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Aug. 16

Good evening! I hope everyone is well. I want to thank those who have recently donated to the blog. With my medical bills and ongoing health issues it's deeply appreciated!

Tonight is the Veto comp episode. We have Reilly and Cameron on the block. Will one be saved? Some of us might already know, but ... shhh. Let them show it on the show!

I will be live blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast. I'll be updating regularly -- please refresh the page to get the latest updates. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

Sitting through the "Previously on" segment. We know this stuff!

We finally pick up with a teaser about who gets sent to the Nether Region next and the PoV comp which has them spinning records. There's an article out there about how the comp was adapted for Matt's deafness.

Hisam tells us Reilly is his target. He's putting Cameron next to her to see the other side "splinter and crumble." We get both nominees telling us how they feel about being nominated. We get Hisam treating Reilly in a real condescending patronizing manner. I can't blame her for being upset.

They are looking at the pictures on the Memory Wall (which just showed up this week). The Scary ball in the living room is flashing red. Jag returns. Jag has no message for them. He's safe for the week, doesn't know what the Nether Gorgon will ask him to do.

Hisam tells Matt he thinks Matt and Reilly are in a showmance. Hisam wants Matt to think saving Reilly would be dangerous to his game. Matt doesn't take too kindly to being threatened. Matt tells Reilly if he wins the veto, he will take her down.

Scary globe lights up again and they get a message. Jag has returned but the Gorgon Monster wants more souls. Jag must pick, that person cannot compete in the veto comp. Jag tells us he wants to confer with Hisam so Hisam thinks it's his idea. Hisam doesn't like Jag's Red idea. He decides to ask for volunteers. Everybody is telling him no. Bowie says she's good to whatever. Reilly wants Red to go because he would take Cameron down, Matt would probably go up.

Jag tells us it's not an easy decision. He goes with Bowie Jane. No one seems thrilled except maybe Bowie. She tells us she wanted to keep Red to possibly play for the veto.

Now Reilly feels betrayed by both Jared and Jag. Hisam ain't happy either and says that Jag is lucky he's safe this week.

Veto comp playera pick time! Hisam draws first - Matt. Heh. Cameron gets America. Reilly draws Houseguest Choice, chooses Blue. All from the other side has Hisam hanging his head while Reilly's allies dance.

Cirie, Izzy and Hisam talk. Hisam is fussing about the picks. Cirie says it's "balls to the wall" and everybody is gunning for this veto.

Veto time. Hottest music store in ScrambleVerse. Have to spin a record to get three clues to find the task they need to accomplish. Three tasks in fastest time wins. The backyard is done up like an old record/music store.

They do the comp individually. Cameron is up first. The piano is a toilet seat! Eep. America is up next. This is a strange and different kind of comp than we've seen before. I do hope they sanitized that tuba between players. Matt is now up. Matt has trouble finding the peeano toilet. He also had to read the sign on the tuba because he had no idea what a tuba is. Blue is next, more confusion. Hisam time. He seems to be going through it fast. Reilly time. And into commercial when she finishes!

Results: Top three times. 3rs place is Blue 2.36. Second 2.10 is Cameron. 1st is Hisam with 1.45. (Thise are minutes and seconds.) HISAM wins the Power of Veto. Lots of fake hugs going around. No, they are NOT all happy he won!

ScaryVerse globe is lighting up -- the return of Bowie Jane. She says she has nothing to report.

Hisam talks to Reilly. Well, she went to him. He tells her he doesn't want to "get any more blood on his hands." He will probably tell the others she is his target, and he wants them to vote her out at the veto meeting. Not a good talk for Reilly.

Veto Meeting time! Hisam doesn't use the veto. Says he loves Reilly but she is his target, she mentioned his name, caused the house to split early and wants everyone to vote her out.

Oh my. Cirie is not happy with her buddy Hisam. Most seemed rather shocked he was that blatant.

BB25: Live Feeds Power of Veto Meeting Over - Aug. 14

It was a tense time ...

Here's what's been happening inside that Big Brother House of Blasting Adoptable Pets Feed Block Music:

  • Yeah, turn that stuff DOWN, BB Production!
  • The Veto Meeting was held today, blocked to the live feeds, of course.
  • And with deafening blaring theme music.
  • It went down result-wise as expected -- Hisam did not use the veto and Cameron/Reilly remain on the block.
  • What most didn't expect, nor did it go over well, was that Hisam apparently was needlessly cruel in his speech declaring Reilly the target.
  • Cirie feels that he kicked Reilly while she was already down.
  • With the exception of Cameron, all seemed a bit set aback by Hisam's harsh treatment of Reilly.
  • That just makes the target on Hisam, even from his own alliance, that much bigger.
  • I do think most, perhaps everyone except Matt, will cave in and vote out Reilly.
  • Sure, NOW Hisam apologizes to her and tells her that it was never his intent to be unkind. @@
  • I personally would rather Reilly stay over Cameron.
  • But they don't ask me what to do!

On his hair alone, I would vote him out.

Reading the Bible

He thinks they can't do without him.

BB25: Veto Comp is FINALLY Over! - Aug. 13

Is it the cast of That '70s Show?

Here's a rather brief update of Veto Comp Day House Happenings:

  • The Veto players picks were done.
  • We have Hisam, Reilly and Cameron plus Matt, Blue and America.
  • From what they have said -- Hisam and Cameron both got Houseguest Choice chips.
  • Hisam chose Matt (to put that loyalty to the test, I guess) and, to everyone's surprise in the house, Cameron chose Blue. They all thought he would choose Red.
  • I could make a political joke about that, but I won't.
  • Jag is safe from nomination because of his Nether Region trip but seems to have lost his vote.
  • Not sure what will befall Jared and Bowie Jane as consequences for their Nether Region trips.
  • I haven't seen Bowie Jane return as of pre-comp.
  • The ScrambleVerse light is on in the house.
  • America told Reilly who told Blue and Jag that Hisam said they have nothing without Reilly. Now, that was just after she agreed to work with Hisam. Okaaay. I don't think that was what he meant by work with him!
  • The feeds went down long ago for the comp. I'm just waiting on a winner here.
  • And waiting.
  • And waiting.
  • The feeds went down around 5:20ish PM my time (EDT).
  • I gave up and went to bed thinking the hamsters will surely be sleeping when the feeds return.
  • I had the live feeds open with the theme music playing figuring I would wake up when I heard voices.
  • Nope.
  • While I will say I wasn't in bed a full night worth, the live feeds are STILL down at going for 11AM here on the east coast!
  • 12:18PM ET at the feeds return. Then go away again.
  • We had Hisam and Felicia talking about the Nether Region.
  • They obviously had gone to bed and now were awake.
  • Jag is talking to Reilly and Matt about working from now on with Cirie, Felicia and Izzy to flip the house.
  • Hmm.
  • Bowie is back. The yard is open.
  • Hisam won the veto.
The return of the live feeds ... after 18 hours.

Has he changed his secondary target?

When you're Blue ... putting on the Ritz?

BB25: Power of Veto Show Blog Party - Aug. 9

Good evening! Hmm ... where do I start? Since it made TMZ, I will let you know that Luke was expelled this morning over a racial slur he made. Tonight's show was filmed before that happened. CBS and BB production have put out a press release saying his exit will be explained on tomorrow's live eviction show. So, you will see him tonight but he ain't there! As for the blog folks who had Luke in the blog pool, you will be reassigned to another hamster. I will post on that much later tonight.

I will be live blogging the show as it airs here on the East Coast. I'll be updating regularly -- please refresh the page to get the latest updates. As always, the real party is in the comments area. I hope to see you there!

As per norm, we start off with a recap of the last show. I will twiddle my thumbs through this segment.

We start the action at the end of the Nominations Ceremony. Reilly tells us Kirsten jumped in doing too much and Felicia is a sweet person who will no way go home. We get Jared and Cory's take on being off the block. Felicia is "trusting in her spirit."

Izzy and Cirie try to comfort and console Kirsten. Cirie doesn't really feel safe or more that she is worried about Jared's safety with the Veto ahead. Reilly tells Felicia that she is definitely a pawn, and everyone told her Kirsten needed to be targeted. Everyone loves Felicia. Felicia tells us she doesn't like not being in control and will go for the veto.

Luke tells Cory that he didn't realize he was on the block. @@

They get to see the backyard and Felicia promptly falls in the hot tub! Cameron thinks he's close to the others in the Scary Room. Felicia is proving observant -- she knows an alliance is forming in there. Reilly, Jag, Cameron, Blue and Matt. Reilly makes a final two with Jag.

The Reilly's HOH alliance group is formed with a core group of the five. They call themselves The Handful. They are all very happy with themselves!

Cory is fanboying Cirie. She sits in the chair in the Have Not room and on a whoopie cushion. Cory tells us she's the biggest threat in the house but wants to talk to her more. Her Cirie-sense goes off about him. Of course, she won't let him know!

Jag talks about being a Sikh with Hisam. He says people see the turban instead of a person. He wants to be a good example. Hisam is of Arabic descent. Hisam also wants to be seen past the stereotype.

Felicia, Mecole, Izzy, Bowie and Cirie talk. Felicia tells them that the Scary Room has an alliance, and they need to firm one. Felicia calls them the Bye Bye Bitches after a sign on the wall in their Comics Room -- originally said by Janelle!

Cameron has a Mickey Mouse hairdo. The Handful want to bring in Jared, Cory and America into their alliance. Cory is now confident. Jared tells his mother about the alliance. He is about to become a double agent. She is nervous that she's being left out and doesn't want to be a target.

Kirsten talks to us. She tells us that she will keep her enemies closer and ally with Reilly if she wins the veto.

Veto players pick time! Reilly draws Hisam. Kirsten draws Blue. Felicia draws Cameron.

Cirie wants to tell Hisam about the alliance because Felicia is cool and she doesn't want her coming off the block. Hisam is upset that there's an 8 person alliance and he's not in it.

To the backyard for the Veto Comp! From the Humiliverse ... all get an "atomic wedgie." They have to set 35 flowers on a base -- if one falls, they get pulled in the air by their "underwear." Cirie is hosting. They all get whipped up into the air, then get sprayed with water. Cameron almost had it but knocked his stack down.

HISAM WINS THE POWER OF VETO!

Kirsten is trying to talk Hisam into saving her. He tells her he won't be making a hasty decision.

Time for the Veto Meeting. Hisam does NOT use the veto. We don't get speeches from either nominee. He says he could never decide between the two of them.

BB25: Live Feeds into Monday Evening, Veto Meeting - Aug. 7

The Odd Couple

Good evening. Here's the latest from inside that Big Brother House of Allied Anteaters:
  • Yeah, I have ants on my mind. I'm waiting for the BB ants to show up with an actual exterminator in the house!
  • No, I didn't post right after the end of the veto meeting feeds cut.
  • I figured the entire world knew what would happen.
  • Of course, Hisam didn't use the veto.
  • No one wanted him to ... well, except Kirsten. And even she knew it wouldn't happen.
  • The names of the two big sides of the house have changed.
  • The Reilly group is now Family Style but still includes The Handful and such.
  • The older group, now instead of Bye Bye Bitches, is The Professors.
  • They're going to take Family Style to school!
  • Luke suddenly awakened and realized he should be playing the game.
  • He started talking to everyone like he was the HOH about to make a decision!
  • Jared continues to double agent fairly well.
  • The Handful doesn't have him in with the others at all.
  • As a matter of fact, The Handful still doesn't realize the other side is solidified and organized.
  • Hisam continues counting and memorizing.
  • Felicia, Izzy and Cirie memorized stuff in the Have Not Room today.
  • I don't expect much action until the eviction is over.
  • They all still talk too much and too many at one time!

She's laying low for now.

We don't see much of Bowie Jane.

Mecole's got them cheap sunglasses.

Everybody else already started playing?

BB25: Power of Veto Winner Bulletin - Aug. 5

And ... we finally have a winner after a really long, long live feeds block!

We did see cute adoptable pets

HISAM WON THE POWER OF VETO!

He set the veto necklace on a dresser. If he puts it on I will get a screen cap for you here and update.

He told Cory he didn't know what to do with it as he set it down. Cory told him to wear it ... but he's not. He said he feels bad because someone cried. I'm guessing that would be Kirsten but that's just my guess.
